Toye has a position of some importance in a real estate firm, and the typical explanation for some white collar employee's unexplained spending is embezzlement.

One of the things we found out last night is his parents have money. The restraining order from the second wife mentioned control of the vehicles, and they had 2 vehicles that belonged to his parents. She kept the nice one and left him with the older models.

That’s one of the big questions. Lemoine is threatening all sorts of TCPA appeals and such. He literally threatened the Judge with long drawn out appeals if he rules against him regarding unlimited amended filings. But how the fuck is he going to fund these? I keep going around and around trying to figure out how Lemoine is getting paid? And the only answer I keep coming to is he is working on Contingency, planning to get his services paid for via the TCPA. Which strikes me as incredibly unethical. It’s a legit question that the court might need to consider. How is Lemonfuhrer getting paid? In other words in who’s interests is he actually working and serving?

Think this through. Lemon(dick)head is planning to appeal the TCPA all the way up! But the costs of doing that would likely exceed any actual trial Judgement against RonRon and Monica. But doing that would seemingly be the only way dear fuhrer gets payment and prestige. It seems really sketchy.

And I’m not even sure Mommy and Daddy will bail his idiotic ass out again this time.

I really don't think Toei wants their reputation tarnished, especially with a goddamn lawsuit against funimation. I forgot that she was asked that. But what is one more lie on top of the mountain she has built.

Ron could have reached out and hatched a plan with Sabat to get rid of Vic. They bully Monica into making the claims, Sabat makes sure the investigations come up with the right answer. Vic gets fired. Everyone goes for drinks.

Vic doesn't go away. By February the stress is getting to Monica. Funimation throws its weight behind Monica.

April a lawsuit is filed. Ron starts revealing that he's pretty fucking crazy so Sabat is forced to pay to prevent Ron from blowing everything.

Now Sabat is stuck with three co-conspirators who are insane or stupid.

Of course this is speculation.
