Well in Canada, isn't it the case that adults of either gender can go around topless? Jon's just playing the edge like he always does. He knows a dick shot will get him in jail. And he knows no woman would go around showing her boobs like that. And if she's actually 17, it wouldn't fall under child luring laws in Canada anyway.

The canlii article you got this info from to refers to a case in which the defendant was charged under 172(1) b. "B" is the section that refers to "under 16" which is the subsection that that specific individual was charged under.
There is also an "a" and a "c". "A" being "under 18". Child luring laws absolutely extend to 18 and under.

OK, but can you explain how this works just in layman's terms? The age of consent nationwide in Canada is 16. It used to be 14 in I believe Quebec, which led to Traci Lords videos being openly sold there as recently as the 1990s.
That OP lives in Georgia where the age of consent is also 16. Which I'm sure JY looked up. However, federal intercommerce laws forbid child luring under 18 as well as any genital shots regardless of what the consent age is.
Can you confirm whether Canada would consider a manboob shot in this context child luring? It'd be absolutely murky in the states.

Fuck all this. This only started in the first place due to Boomers and GenX extremists not wanting to put a fucking blanket over their baby's head or practice any kind of discretion to Make A Statement. I mean, I can read and understand the laws as written, no problem but interpreting the law is outside my wheelhouse tbh. But I agree, flashing manboob in this context is probably murky here too. But I personally would chalk that up to the fact that it's a dudes chest anyway and we hardly even saw anything and also that it's legal to go topless regardless. So I would guess, in isolation, if it weren't some dude they were already getting reports about I can't see them doing anything. But since we know the RCMP have a file open on him anyhow or are at the very least aware and watching him, I'm sure the incident will be logged somewhere if they find the video and added to the pile of evidence.
So luring is using a computer to commit other crimes against minors and these codes refer to those crimes.
- 153(1) is sexual exploitation
- 155 incest
- 163.1 child porn
- 212(1) and 212(4) are procuring(prostitution)
- 271 is sexual assault
- 272 sexual assault with a weapon
- 273 aggravated sexual assault (victim is injured or maimed)

Apparently some of her underage fans have an Instagram group called Jessica Yaniv Ballwaxers where they're trying to troll Yaniv into doing something illegal.
