You guys know that Nick credited him on his show for the court docs twice now, right? The whole world knows Nick is getting at least some info from Kiwifarms.

I think that concern is a bit overwrought.

Unlike the defendants who cited PULL, Kiwi Farms will never show up in any of the plaintiff's filings. If Ty ends up using those documents, he will procure his own copies as those can be authenticated and Kiwi Farms will never need to be mentioned. This one weird trick is akin to what the police call "Parallel construction".

At this point in the story he is definately a main protagonist. Or at least current main cast. He was shunted up to star billing after previously being a minor recurring character.
