At the very least, he's way safer from bar complaints and sanctions.It's a huge mistake to think that just because a lawyer is doing a lot and churning out thick filings that this means they're actually doing WELL. In legal practice, less is often more, and an actual litigator, and I believe Johnson is one, knows that his client's finances are part of the general welfare of the client that needs to be protected.
Filing reams of nonsense just to annoy everyone else involved in the case, including the judge, just to be able to charge huge amounts of money to your client is not competence.
I can't wait to see the spergs suddenly turn on Fuhrer Lemwah et al once the dust settles.
