He's saying that Ty fraudulently notarized those signatures and that they were not infront of him.His hope is that people won't show up to back up their claims should the court warrant it so that = fraud I guess??

i don't think i've seen this here, i got it from twitter so I believe someone has already done some redlining on it.
Just wow. Imagine trying to spin a technical difficulty into legal fraud in front of a judge that's tired of babysitting you.
Seems far more likely that no other notary was available that late at night. One of the claims is that Slatosch was actually elsewhere at the time and that would indeed be not good. The other arguments seem to be based solely on the parties having residences that are some distance from Tyler, Texas, which seems like a really dumb argument.
He included an 'exhibit 5' in this document that appears not to be cited anywhere within the motion, and that exhibit is Sanctions against Ty's firm for... Something entirely unrelated? One of the claims is that Slatosch was actually elsewhere at the time and that would indeed be not good. He does address it somewhere, "Ty needs sanctions because he has been sanctioned before" or some such bullshit. He included an 'exhibit 5' in this document that appears not to be cited anywhere within the motion, and that exhibit is Sanctions against Ty's firm for... Something entirely unrelated?
Is there any chance ( legal possibility?) that the judge, guided by the best interests of the defendants, could strike Lemoine at this stage? That he tells Monica and Ron that they need another lawyer?
I don't know if the judge has such authority, so I ask.
It is however, possible that Slatosch could have gotten on a plane and gotten to Ty, and is the only one of the three that would have to do so realistically. One of the claims is that Slatosch was actually elsewhere at the time and that would indeed be not good. The other arguments seem to be based solely on the parties having residences that are some distance from Tyler, Texas, which seems like a really dumb argument.
Well, now that they've got warning labels stuck on everything, God had to find a natural way to take J. Sean out, didn't he? Sending a mosquito to pump his body full of West Nile...that's about as natural as natural selection gets, if you ask me.I wonder if he did something stupid and unethical like promise a specific result. Maybe the West Nile destroyed the ethics part of his brain. If he ever had one and the mosquito wasn't God's revenge on him for a life of sin and iniquity.
And why does he think a senior partner of a respected law firm would even risk such an action? He's saying that Ty fraudulently notarized those signatures and that they were not infront of him.
He referenced it on page 10, after the chart with the distances and the 3 notary stamps.

This filing is exceptional overall, but it's a fair enough point to raise. Nick mentioned the problem with Ty notarizing things for similar reasons. I had noticed Ty's notarization on Vic and Huber's affidavits, but I missed the Slatosch one, which does look fishy. Now I want to see that notary book too.
Imagine how much of an asshole he was when he didn't have massive brain-damaged getting in the way.Every day since hearing that West Nile can cause brain damage the more I think Lemoine must have suffered some.

Not seeing any sanctions.
1. Is there a better place to look?
2. How BAD is it for Skeeter if he's pulling these sanctions out of his ass in an actual court document?
Seems far more likely that no other notary was available that late at night.
But "specifically Mr. Beard and Mr. Bullock?"IIRC a former partner at BHBH was sanctioned for something but was appealing it?
Presumably, Ty had a week to collect affadavits.Notaries must be physically present face to face with the affiant.
So if one of them was, in fact, physically in Japan, that would present a difficulty.
