The way that I see it from when I played NITW, I believe Bethany wrote most of the dialogue (which was decent enough, especially when you compare the times when you can clearly see when Scott wrote something: the trans goat bitching about muh fascists during the party where Mae accompanies Bea), but I do agree that some insipiration of Mae's characterization probably did come from Alec's perspective, while he built everything else that made NITW a game.

It's unironically okay when we do it. We're not running for public office or the forward-facing arm of any mental health organizations. Terrence has been a strange orbiter for some time. He's RL friends with Jeph Jacques(hand-stabbing artist of Questionable Content), who is in turn friends with Chelsea as progressive celebrities. Honestly? I was only in it for the music and Alec Holowka. His name brought me in because I thought, "Oh, dude from Towerfall. Cool". After seeing a trailer, I decided to pre order, game was like 20$. Played through it, liked some parts of it, and got to the end. It's a decent game if you're into the whole "muh existential crisis" shit.

If you're not, then it's a game that some ugly furfag made while treating an autistic dev like shit

It also is, apparently, a *very* thinly-veiled and poorly-formed critique against capitalism as regards how it negatively affects a small American industrial town, and lots and lots of people seem to think that media of all kinds need to be tearing down the system that in part makes it possible for them to create these projects in the first place.

I want to believe sooo bad, but I'm pretty sure this is fake. First of all, anyone willing to leak Chelsea knows they have to stick their neck out to verify authenticity: even cuck chink cow IMC was willing to do that. Same thing with Candace Owens, which is my second point: Candace claimed Chelsea was falling apart over the phone thinking she was actually caught in a hard place with Candace unraveling her twitter plans at the time with the Social Autopsy project, and this screengrab was written with that in mind, that moment of weakness, but it's how someone like me would fanfic write as her coming apart with that as the inspiration.
