Fraid so, but that's the upper bound. The Judge can return a ruling sooner than that, the 30 day mark is the limit imposed by either the TCPA itself or the TRCP (can't recall which).

He doesn't seem to be specialized in anything that seems particularly relevant (I could be wrong on this though since I'm just basing it on his website profile) to this, so my take is that BHBH might be bringing on another attorney in anticipation of round 2 starting. Ty did say that the last filing was sloppy so it may just be a case of needing more resources, especially if more people are going to get dragged in soon. He's a founder of the firm though, so he's not just some nobody.

I doubt his involvement is irrelevant to Friday's hearing. Someone with experience in immigration projects is going to know a lot about employment law.
