She removed her Tumblr URL from her profile and updated it slightly. She also changed her avatar.

That's what I figured. Hell, I haven't even heard about these types of incidents happening around where I live... then again, I don't think we have any dog parks. Still, I doubt dog parks are as dangerous as she is claiming they are, but what does she know? She couldn't even be bothered to bring her fucking dog to the vet, which was "down the street".

I have two dogs. One is a dachshund, and one is a mutt. Probably a mix between a basset hound and a retriever. It's not a big dog, though. Probably the size of, like... A collie? Anyway, my dad has been buying special food for my dachshund, which is non-grain, because we think she might have an allergic reaction to it. We've been giving the same food to my other dog, but he's ridiculously hyperactive. My mom read somewhere that dogs that are fed non-grain diets tend to be hyperactive, and for my mutt, who's also a puppy, we can't afford having him even more hyperactive than he is. So no, Alyssa, sometimes grain-based diets are necessary, but you wouldn't fucking know that since you don't take care of your own fucking dogs.

Edit 2: I just checked on Google and it would appear that the opposite of what I said above is true. But that is just a cursory search. I might check more later. It is possible that my mom somehow misread... Which wouldn't be shocking.

I'm an equestrian and one of these sj nerds whom i thought was a friend called me an animal abuser and all kinds of stuff because riding is, in their minds, animal abuse. Except for the part where most signs point to it being beneficial for the horses, if you do it right of course. But this kid had ridden a horse one time and decided they knew more than me.

Anyway. My point is, sjws/tumblr folk of Vade's breed have started this thing where they try to nitpick and act as high and mighty as possible about animals without actually knowing that much about them or having much real world experience with them. I guess it's another appealing soapbox for them to climb onto, and a great way to pretend they're overflowing with empathy. Except for the part where I really doubt they go outside often enough for these things to be relevant to their lives.

If Vade owns a dog, I seriously think they should actually consider doing things like going to dog parks with it and stuff regularly. Dogs are great weight loss tools and maybe it would keep Vade off the internet for like a week.

There are definitely horses in the world who want no part in having anyone on their backs. In general, those horses are not ridden. Because it's bad for everyone involved. We dont like upsetting horses and we also dont like angry horses bucking us into a wall. There are some legit fucked up things that happen in equestrian sports but most decent people who ride don't condone those things.

Before I start going too far off topic now though (because I could talk about horses for days, I'm the worst horse nerd) I know it may sound silly, but given that Vade (allegedly) has dogs, and also (allegedly) has mental health problems, I wish they did actually take care of their dogs. For all parties involved. I got a dog when I was in a really bad mental health rut and she got me to spend time outdoors, gave me affection and companionship, etc. It didnt fix everything but it definitely helped. Same with horses.

It would be way more beneficial for Vade to spend time with animals than it is to post about how much they know about animals on Gaia. But like, you know. Saying that here won't actually make Vade do it.

So I decided to give Alyssa some advice. And since I'm posting this PM, even though I blanked shit out, you'll probably figure out who I am on Gaia. It's not that hard. I'm just trying to pretend that I'm being sneaky. Anyway, so I basically told her that she should be taking her meds because of her "disordered eating habits", and I referred to her as Vade, which, of course, alarmed her since no one would know her by Vade on Gaia.

Then she told me to go away, but didn't block me until I messaged her again.

I personally enjoy that I am a transphobe even though I have said nothing that could be construed as transphobic. But that's Alyssa's strawman tactic. What a shame, though. How ever will I be able to find her on Gaia now.
