Looking at Lemoine's subpoena, he lists himself as the Attorney for Plaintiff. Seems peculiar.
Seems more like a fraud upon the court than peculiar. Lemoine must have known he was not the plaintiff's attorney and still asserted that he was in a filing, and in no way could this be the result of oversight or carelessness
The subpoena actually says plaintiffs - plural. Could he be representing some now third party to this suit? Like maybe some organization representing notaries?
