Uh-oh. Listening now as Chupp just struck Ty and Vic, and he declared today national Funimation Day. They're wheeling out a big cake decorated with dozens of sparklers to celebrate while stringing Vic up in the now-traditional Funimation Day pinata. I think Vic's case might be in trouble. I am totally not making any of this up and you should take my word for it because I put it on the Internet.

Here's some perspective.

Last night, Ty's team put in an amended motion to quash actions from the defense.

No matter how bad it may seem BHBH is screwing up, the other side has done a shit job too. This isn't a case against a single defendant.

I've dealt with lawyers, there are setbacks and breakthroughs that happen through the life of a case. They are not always easy to understand. Be patient.

He's the only source we have right now. We literally know for a fact that Nick is there. Transcripts will come out. Other people from both sides will have their own perception of things when it's over.

Just because he's talking first doesn't make him a paragon of truth.

Personally, I think he's hiding somewhere in the back of the courtroom (last row) and that he's really there.

The reason why Kiwi doesn't broadcast and he does is very simple. Because it is he who is so stupid.

Of course, half of what he says is not true, but his own fantasies.

I'd be surprised if the judge ruled from the bench on Marchi. Maybe that's his plan for the hearing, instead of delivering a decision afterwards.
