Anyway, even if Ty hadn't screwed up anywhere. The way this guy describes it all means Judge Chupp would ignore it anyway.

Either the guy is lying or today's hearing was doomed from the beginning.

I think the problem, if what I'm gathering is correct, is that Chupp isnt looking at some of the evidence, but what he is looking at he isnt considering evidence, so Ty is having trouble establishing the case. Ty undoubtedly is not doing great, but Chupp isnt easing up when it's supposed to be prima facie.

I don't think you understand what that means. But do carry on crying. They are slaying Ty, they are proving that he doesn't even have a case and that all of this is frivolous.

Nick told people to "fear the Beard!" but in the end it amounted to a whimper of "please Judge,I have the evidence somewhere I just....W-wait Judge please just a sec....". I guess that's what happens when you trust the word of a Youtube hack who spends too long getting a sentence out and needs to get his acid reflux issues looked at so he stops pausing to swallow or because of heartburn.
