So the main thing I'm getting from all this is that, the judge may or may not have asked for things not needed and due to them not being able to provide said evidence, since again they assumed it was not needed, got the TI and Defamation cases thrown out. But, since they were thrown out under dubious circumstances and also the fact that it seems that one of the lawyers didn't do a great job Vic may be able to appeal it and still get what he wants in the end. Either way there is still time and the court has still not been adjourned.

Am I in the right ballpark here or am I off 100%? Im going off what I've been able to read.

That's the whole reason people are scratching their heads over it. The hearing was supposed to be for TCPA, and Chupp seemed to treat it like it was a trial. HerExcellency and Nick were saying Chupp actually invited the defense to argue against Ty's prima facie evidence, which is improper.

Every judge knows (or should know) that this sort of thing is completely impermissible and a huge ethics violation. Almost no judge will risk their entire career in order to unfairly favor a party in a single case, no matter how righteous they think the cause is.

This is a goddamn campaign and not a some silly lil one and done battle.

Think of it as this is the first time both sides have met in war and , like the old saying goes, once the enemy is met all battle plans go out the window.
