I know of a video involving a VA not necessarily involved in this directly but has made some KV related spergery propositioning a chick for.... "extracurricular activities" and money being exchanged. But finding it is gonna be a mission considering the person recording it was a friend of the VA.

If that still exists the entirety of Twitter invested in this will lose their minds.

If you find it, archive it. I don't care if you use dailymotion, diytube, or upload it directly to the farms. That'll make for some interesting salt.

Lol that's all the case needs now. A person threatening suicide over a hearing that has no bearing over their life. I understand being emotional over this man's situation, heck I'm disappointed with the way things turned out and I know the TI case is probably going to get thrown out but there's a good case for defamation and if they can be nailed on that, it's good enough. Ultimately, the goal was to get vic back to work and his name cleared

I'm gonna ask around. If it happens and I get my hands on it I'm going to upload it on every single platform I am physically able to and keep it saved in various places as well.

I wouldn't let some gold like that not get m*ilked for everything it's worth

It's probably a good thing I'm at work today and missed most of the shitshow. Now to wait for the lolcows to partake in eating irradiated grass to produce the freshest, >glowing< tardcum. Things are going to get entertaining quick.

This case will likely go on for some time though; A common anime trope is for the hero to get knocked flat on his ass, brushed aside by the antagonists because "lol, not a threat" and then bounce back overpowered to hell to obliterate the antagonist in their hubris. It's the rapid bursts of character development in the face of opposition that makes some anime so utterly enthralling.

So while the lawsuit may slowdown (if defmation stays and we enter the wait for appeals) i do not think the weeb wars as a whole is gonna end or even slow down. Im thinking a lot of ISWV might start looking more like lolcow if they sperg enough about this + Nick promised us more stuff from behind the scene. Either way Funimation is a shitshow atm and im curious about the fallout of all the recent news.


Also reminders to people freaking out about the lawsuit. Vic is the plaintiff in this defamation lawsuit and this was a way to recover some lost reputation. He still was never charged or convicted of anything hes been accused of. Even if he loses the entire case this does not change. Keep supporting Vic by attending cons he goes to and project hes part of.
