I imagine BHBH really doesn't want the case on their mind and they're actually taking a little break. I'm sure the call telling Vic they got immediate decisions and Marchi dismissed was not a fun call to make. I really honestly feel bad for Ty right now. Very few people in this thing are what I consider "reasonable" people (hence why I even have a farms account) and Twitter is just garbage right now on it. Probably a good time to take the weekend off as I doubt anything...oh wait we have Rackets. Wonder what juicy news he has.

I personally sympathize Ty. But in this case, he brought it all upon himself. If he had done a better job, perhaps the result would have been the same. But everyone would have been 200% on his side. And on appeal, perhaps, everything would look much better (I'm not saying it's to bad now).

KickVic is unfairly mixing him with mud. But the fact that he was sloppy is a fact.

So far I'm ready to give him the benefit of doubt and to fully rehabilitate him in my eyes if he performs better in the future.

The appeals will probably be coming in next week from both sides. There's no way Lemonie is going to let himself get a partial L on this one.

Frankly I just rather not have vic on the hook for morons attorney fees. I know some people think itll come from the gofundme, but it will not. The gfm can only be withdrawn from bhbh with itemized billing and the remaining funds go to a charity. Vic does not get those funds, so the money does come out of pocket.

Honestly, both Funimation along with bonnie and clyde better pray this doesn't get to discovery. The amount of stuff we found out so far is absurd, just imagine once discovery starts. If Chupp denied a filing that was late for Ty but allowed a filing that was late for the defendants, that would sound like he's just being biased. Anyway, we'll see how long he takes to rule on the rest. Since he instantly dismissed a bunch of it, I wouldn't be surprised if he rules on the rest quickly as well. Whatever the case, I want to be past TCPA already. Whether it's completely dismissed and onto the appeals, or if some of it is sustained, I just want discovery to open back up so we can continue on. I imagine if something gets unearthed they can probably yank Jamie back in anyway, it's not like it's criminal charges.

Speaking of appealing, though, it also needs to be figured if they're going to appeal.

They probably ought to appeal the TI. It by all means should be a slam dunk at this stage with just what they got from Kamehacon, but not being able to use the second amended pleading hampered them, as did the judge demanding specific monetary damages and information from other conventions which Ty didn't seek due to the discovery stay and that he shouldn't have needed it at this stage. I think they should appeal it as one of Vic's big problems this year and going forward has been people pre-emptively contacting conventions and venues at which he's planning to make an appearance and demanding that they cancel him. So appealing the TI and winning would serve as a good warning going forward to the petty people trying to cancel Vic that he is willing to go after them for that shit. It also may help stiffen the backbone of the conventions stuck dealing with such people.

If you don't want to be a victim, you need to learn to fight. It isn't society's job to protect you. You need to value yourself enough to stand up. Just like men need to learn to value themselves enough to not let these rabid women run them into the ground.
Unfortunately society is truly geared towards hating men and making them resentful, while making women fragile and dependent on others despite telling them how strong they are.

I don't feel bad for him. It's his fucking job. He did a half assed job. Now him and his firm look like a Landau tier joke and are portrayed as such in the press. He deserves what's coming to him.

Vic should have hired a strip mall lawyer. Maybe he can get one to sue Ty for malpractice.

Some of the hardcore spergers on Nick's server were considering doxxing him at one point apparently. Probably them flexing for the reeeeee crowd but there could be a happening.
