This is half-right. Without specific written contracts and termination clauses you can't have TI-EC.

However, you are missing the other part of the standard for dismissal. The court will not dismiss if the plaintiff can provide prima facie case of clear and specific evidence. Ty, shitbag that he is, didn't read the last part. Only the first part. And "I have damages" is never going to be clear and specific evidence.

I think judge Chupp had a specific idea of what he wanted to see, and only wanted to see stuff that fit that expectation. If he didn’t see evidence in the form he pictured it, he dismissed.

He often seemed to be fishing for specific responses, and sometimes outright stated such.

He also seemed far more concerned with what made sense to him than was in the letter of the law. This went both ways as he was not amused by any of Lemoine’s attempts at obscure arguments. Outright seemed to ignore stuff he thought didn’t make sense.

This was a concern I had, and I believe was mentioned here and there. Being 'no-nonsense' can work to the disadvantage of someone legally in the right if their case seems nonsensical to that person. It seems like there's a good chance Chupp looked at the situation, and the noisy lawyer slapfights, and decided it was a random celebrity suing other celebrities over cartoons and arbitrarily decided 'this is stupid and a waste of the court's time'.

Judge Chupp was "compromised" quite awhile ago. He was openly hostile to Ty during the last hearing as well. Its a shame we cannot somehow get his communications such as emails and phone records. I would like to see what was going on behind the scenes. I think he is a corrupt judge.

There are "aliens" at this base but to be honest I think they are actually DEMONS or other interdementionals inhabiting genetically engineered bodies. There is nothing good about these entities and they do not have any well intentions for humanity. There are train stations on the upper levels that can take people (mag lev high speed) to Dulce, cheyenne mountain, area 51, area 52, and most other strategic locations in North America. Dulce is a circle of Hell its where they do human experimentations on the border of Colorado and New Mexico. They also take a lot of people and children they kidnap crossing the border and traffic them. They also kidnap people in general for trafficking purposes.

I'd think them inadvertently inciting violence would only hurt the case and tamp down on possible discovery and other interesting things that could come out of the lawsuit. That is to say, if someone like Marchi got herself attacked because she's stupid, it would probably only give the defense ammunition or cause people to clam up more.
