What the fuck do you mean 'An unique conclusion'
He has to follow the directions of the Fort Worth court of appeals, he is literally bound by law too. It doesn't matter what any other appellant court says but the Fort Worth one does or the Supreme court does.
Ok, so what do they say?

So remember how John Kelly wanted on Nick's stream? No? Neither did I. He's in the chat arguing with Nick about who knows what. I'd rather have an Orca suck my dick before giving a damn about anything he says.
I see the argument in chat but have no idea who John Kelly is or how he's important enough to respond to.

I dunno you're the big fuckin brain here. You seemed so certain that Chupp did no wrong. I hope you brought receipts to back that up.
If Fort Worth or the Supreme court hasn't said anything, all that means is that the case has a clear appeal on those grounds.

I was just speculating from the information that I saw just to try and make sense of what happened and as far as I understand. I'm not claiming that he did a good job, I'm claiming that this law is shit, since some definitions are ambiguous. And that Ty did a shitty job for not accounting for that.

Yes, everyone agrees the law is shit. But that doesn't let the Judge just pick and choose evidentiary levels case by case, or worse, claim by claim.

Shit I'm just here because it's the only way to talk about this case in a non autistic format. Reddit is dead when it comes to this subject and twitter gives me nausea when I try to read it.

That's why I favor where possible writing algorithms that make decisions based on available data. Better consistency and machines don't have a bias.

Welcome New Friend. Twitter is pure radioactive cancer aids. I think it takes a special form of autism to navigate that junk heap. The format here might not be autistic but the user base on the other hand....

The problem with Algorithms is that garbage in means garbage out.

And thats assuming the algorithm isn't also garbage.

oof you are new arent you? At any rate as far as this case goes this is pretty much as good of a place as you will find on the internet to talk about it because there are vic supporters and kick vickers here and then people who laugh at those people, so you pretty much get all sides in one spot. Everywhere else is pretty much kick vic hug boxes.

Sadly I have to sleep early tonight, but hopefully tonight he'll take a moment to talk about that certain call he mentioned.

So have you learned about pups having silicon injected into their balls yet or not

I'm off on a tangent. Sadly AI law interpreters are out of scope for the time being. But in my field I have had a great deal of success using [REDACTED POWER LEVEL STUFF] analysis of data in [REDACTED POWER LEVEL STUFF] are good at making base decisions on large data sets faster, more consistently, more reliable than a human. Which has lead to [REDACTED POWER LEVEL STUFF] being ranked [REDACTED POWER LEVEL STUFF] .

Depends on the nature of the problem. There are things that can be done to assure only good data goes in by making it smart enough to kick out bad data. Depends on who is writing it and how well they understand the problem the algorithm is supposed to solve.

Basically my dream is to one day build Skynet.
