Trolling him about this moment is exceptional at this point because he clearly takes pride in the time he jacked it on stream. Probably because it's the only thing in a decade he got attention for outside of his safety bubble. You know what they say, all press is...well it's press.

I know this is late but my god his new exaggerated throat clearing gimmick is his most insufferable thing maybe ever. Nothing he's done has annoyed me this much since he used to frequently clap sarcastically into the mic.

The initial clearing seems legit, but he always ends up clowning it up, or is it just me? It seems very exaggerated to me.

No doubt in my mind that this is a huge part of it. Phil spends 6-7 hours a day lingering in a closed-up cell that's covered in so many layers of dust, hair and dead skin that an archaeologist would have a field day sifting through it.

But wait, how do we know that his awfice really is that bad? It's simple! Phil loves to brag about the things he does that he considers to be Real and Adult. When's the last time you remember him beating his chest about running a vacuum or swiping a rag over literally any surface? I mean, I'd say it's possible Kat cleans it for him except to hear him tell it she was so traumatized by da trollz that I'd imagine she gets the shakes just passing by his door.

Twitch finally did something right, I'm shocked quite frankly that they would ban her, as she is as famous as Alinity, if not more so.
This makes me believe there is hope that eventually they might look at Phil and say enough is enough and remove him just as they removed his promotional LiS video off their Twitter.

I actually remember when it changed because one day I said something about "STD's" and my brother corrected me and said "it's STI's now" as per sex education at his high school at the time, must have been about 2009.

And in what I'm sure is a coincidence, the new constant throat clearing really ramped up after a few posts here saying that he didn't clear his throat much anymore. Agreed, if it was just the deep growl I'd think that was legit, maybe that part in and of itself is legit but the later parts are obviously fake and make me question the whole shebang regarding these throat clears.

Poor DSP's mic is so old, it doesn't even have a mute button.

Of all the many things he does, his bodily noises and bottle crunches are among the worst because they are all easily avoidable and he chooses not to. He doesn't even make a token effort to occasionally reach for the mute button.

The only explanation is that he does it intentionally because he thinks it's petty revenge against the trolls. So he's willing to make his actual loyal and genuine audience suffer too just to get back at the trolls; not realizing that the trolls just use it as ammo.
