That is a fact, some of marchis and morons tweets could literally be translated to: "I want to make you look bad, and make sure you won't get hired ever again or get invited to another con so X".

X of course equaling whatever made up bullshit they wanted to say to make him look bad.

They keep calling him a ped, no underage girls have come forward AT ALL only deposition that even mentions UA girls is montellos which is pure hear-say and look at her track record she's about as credible as a boulder at this point.

They keep calling him a predator, there are many legal definitions of a predator that actually vary state by state but most accepted of them is someone that seeks sex in an abusive manner. Monica admits she just went along with it. Meaning it wasn't forced and she wasn't abused. Yost twins just claims he laid a kiss on them. Hardly any abuse can be argued there for a grandmas kiss. Marchi is completely irrelevant her story didn't mean shit from the jump even if he whispered "i want to fuck you from behind", they aren't even co-workers but she couldn't even recall what he said so that's convenient.

If the judge properly sorts through this shit he will see it's just a shit ton of hot air with almost no fact behind it.

That certainly has been the experience with my employer. Meritorious or not its easier to cut a check and make a problem go away than a lengthy court battle. Most companies want to make money and not spend a shit ton of money fighting a lawsuit. Funimation must like having lawsuits against it.

The Farms doesn't do anything. If an individual chooses to do something with information on the Farms, that is solely by their discretion and on their head.

Also don't think mailing a ton of shit to a Judge would be terribly legal...

Edit: I THINK I may have found Chupp... but we'll wait to see if he does anything retarded. No use putting out a rando's info. Esp with the other people sperging right now. But it took like 10 minutes to get a good chunk of stuff. Probably hop on my PC and actually dig at some point, just to have it

In my opinion, anyone who donated to the GoFundMe got exactly what they asked for and more. And as people here keep saying, not everyone is out to save the West. Some just want to laugh and this was the greatest show on Earth for months. Hundreds of hours of entertainment. That's worth spending a few bucks on.

Compare it to MarzGurl's GoFundMe. She raised $4,418 over four months ago and the only update is that she paid her $650-an-hour lawyer for 15 minutes of his time. Feel sorry for those people.

Edit: I had forgotten about Justice for Jeremy. What did the fine folks get out of their donation for his lawsuit? A half-hearted apology from Matt Fantastic. Sargon's still collecting monies for his, $117,000 USD and counting, and that hasn't moved an inch since it started over two years ago. Vic's GoFundMe has been a masterclass in professionalism by comparison. There were immediate, tangible results outside of the courtroom like getting invited back to Kameha Con.

That half-hearted apology was bullshit and QUARTERPOUNDER was ecstatic to get it. Was he ever allowed back into Gencon? As far as I can tell he's still got a lifetime ban. He didn't make any videos going there this year. Meanwhile, it wouldn't surprise me if Matt was privately invited back, laughing all the way.

I don't know. It's a mess. I don't even know what is or isn't in the record, I just know the judge gave no coherent explanation of why he was considering these documents that were supposedly withdrawn and thus not in the record.

I've been concerned for his well being. I think his schedule might be catching up to him. Think about it, he is a lawyer by day that streams for hours at night, into the early mornings, plus dealing with 5 kids, plus researching law so he can explain it to us. Then after he streams into the early morning hours, he STILL does Twitch streams after many of his Youtube streams.

I'm an insomniac and night owl with a severely fucked up circadian clock and I still don't see how Nick does it.

Shit, an anime reference came to mind and then decided to peace-out before I could type it, something to do with humans who have souls and humans who don't and another group. I'm pretty sure being ginger has something to do with it as well. Whatever, we're in the Weeb Wars subforum, someone's gonna recognise that anime and tell me what it is, probably while being all snooty about it too.

Edit: It's not Shakugan no Shana, which immediately jumped into my head the moment I clicked "post".
