Monica was asked if she could file a libelous slander lawsuit against YouTubers like YellowFlash, SuperSaiyanPaul, etc. She said she could, but that she had no interest in suing anyone. That's not what Ron was saying in February.

He was subpoenaed to harass him and to give more fodder to Griftsby, which Ty saw through even if his glasses ran out of battery. Between seeing a short movie premier at a film festival with a good friend, versus sitting in on Chupp's clown court to get some spin doctored photo ops, I think Vic got the better deal.

Lemoine knew it would be quashed. He did it because he can then say "I tried". That and it was definitely another way to fuck with vic. Now people can try and claim he ignored it because he has SOMETHING TO HIDE, when in reality he had something better to do than voluntarily go to court. Seemed the defendants, on the other hand, had nothing else going for em.

This is coming from the person who is criticizing TWITTER, for not having given HER a direct liason to contact, because she thinks she is that important.

Because she has a personal contact with wayfair so she feels entitled to the entire PF Changs restaurant to herself.

She's fucking delusional, plain and simple.

Yes, a timely motion to quash the subpoena automatically quashes it. Timeliness is determined by how quickly the motion to quash is filed after the subpoena is served (within 3 business days, IIRC).

Monica was trying to claim that Vic had to attend because of the subpoena, and that's a blatant misrepresentation. Oh, scribbling out a subpoena means that Vic automatically has to attend? Well, scribbling out a motion to quash it means that he automatically doesn't. Schedule that emergency hearing and try to convince Chupp to order him to be there if you want to continue playing that game... oh, right, you don't, because you'd lose.
