This doesn't mean what you think it does. T. Greg just blocked and removed some followers, just like Ron.

I'm too much of a Twitter lurker to be blocked by anyone.

Although when I RT questionable shit my friends consider it.

Cause they are King Nimrod's predecessors
True Story: Nimrod was actually the title of a great hunter from the bible, which is why Bugs called Elmer Fudd that in looney tunes.
People misunderstood Bugs and thought Nimrod meant 'idiot' (didn't help that Bug was calling him Nimrod in a sarcastic tone since Fudd was anything but a great hunter), so that became the connotation for Nimrod from then on.
So, yes, Those 2 are descended from the King Nimrod, as in King Idiot.

I just saw bits of it but I think Chupp is pissed off about the whole goddamn ISWV vs KV thing. I don't think we'll be seeing Ty appear on the show at all just to avoid anything with setting Chupp off, not because he needs to focus on work. This deserves a medal to the most sweet goddamn justice as going around harassing people doesn't just let you off the lawsuit then.

I'm not a law expert but from what I understand, this is basically Chupp saying to get your asses together and act like adults and settle this out now or I'm going to make the decision nobody likes. Chupp could honestly just throw the TCPA out altogether and move on to the next phase just to keep this going forward. This is great for Kiwis, but kind of bad for everyone else. Tonight probably will be another good stream. If there was any time to settle, that'd certainly be the time, but we all know nobody is going to settle. And we're probably going to experience the greatest shitstorm in Weeb history. I'm gonna need a lot of popcorn.
Look, Judge Chupp is facing an appeal, and on the face of it (Prima Facia Huh huh) it looks pretty good for overturning the TI claims. The day before the hearing he was handed an Ass whipping by the state supreme court on another of his cases so he was in a very salty mood (Which I saw on his face the second he walked in) This isn't (In my mind) a grown up, it is an Oh Crap move, when the transcript goes to the appellate it is going to probably be handed back, and that is not good for him. He is not the fact finder, yet he acted that way in the hearing, my jaw dropped when he dropped the TI claims for Toye, he was ready to throw out the TI with stacks of evidence to the contrary and held onto the Defamation. He is ordering mediation yet we know, in writing they (the defendants) have said in their motion that they have NO intention of settling. Chupp could very well be reconsidering his TI TCPA order. The Judge has some time to reconsider, I think he has.

According to some Kickvic guy Judges can reconsider their own judgements for a period after they ruled something, according to KV as well, it's a settlement mediation so Vic can settle how much he pays for the TCPAs, and that is why Marchi is in it, or because she is still an interested party even though her TCPA passed she still has to attend the mediation.

You know usual KV stuff, stupidity said because they want it to be true instead of actually making a rational argument.

I feel like there’s too much optimism in these last couple of pages. All I can say is check your expectations? Like there’s nothing concrete even remotely indicating that Marchi will be brought back, merely Nick affirming a post that it’s theoretically possible. If it happens? Great. But until we get some actual evidence, getting all worked up over it now ain’t gonna lead anywhere good.

This mediation sorta feels like Chupp finally sat down to read through everything, got some threatening messages online and took a bit of a plunge into the rabbit hole before coming back up and realising he made a mistake on what this case actually was and how things have been playing out online.

He might've also pulled his head out of his ass about Marchi's tweets and the content of her character online, hence her being part of the mediation. Or it could be that's how he wants the lawyers to hash out what Vic is paying for.

Nick said all parties, Marchi is a still a party in the lawsuit until Chupp rules on the TCPA and even then she still has to hash out getting her fees paid should Chupp stick to his knee jerk judgements from the hearing.

Not to mention that until it is in writing, the judge's decision can be self-reversed. Once it's in writing and filed, then it is binding. Until then...nope.

The issue is that, there is no good reason for Marchi to be invited back besides she being back in the lawsuit, if it was to determine TCPA payouts it should be done until Chupp rules all TCPAs.

If it was because she has a interest in this even after getting out then that goes against the TCPA reason de etre, because she would still be forced to spend money in a meritless lawsuit after it was determined meritless by Chupp himself.

It's enough to make a rational inference, unless you have a better explanation the theory of Marchi being back in the lawsuit is the most likely at this point.

Man. This is the best/funniest news we've gotten since the hearing. Nick's stream will probably sober everyone up tonight.

Right now though, the lawsuit took a weird ass turn and the idea that Marchi is crying into a pillow brings my black heart joy.

When is the mediation scheduled to take place? Before or after the 30 day deadline?

Before, which is why it seems weird it would be for TCPA payments.

Edit, someone said it may be before or after, not sure due to not being autistic enough to remember the dates from the top of my head.
