Rooster Teeth does have a history of saying "this is fine" and trying to ignore controversy. I have my doubts that RT will be around in another year let alone have any control over RWBY. I can see Miles saying "those damn alt-right bastards refused to support the show!"

Because between Chupp demanding a higher standard of evidence in a simple part, and most of this stuff happening online having to be analyzed by people who may still have dial-up, and the "super lawyer" designation meaning nothing (can somebody verify this?) and a designation being waved by people on the KV side, this could be detrimental to Vic's chances.

Settling this case by October 3 seems about as likely as Israel and Palestine making peace by the same date.

At this point, I wouldn't be surprised if our fat pig marchi decides to chimp out and assault everyone in the room. Both sides have become so polarized, that people will literally go to war with each other.

A thought just hit me - is it possible for only one of the parties to settle with Vic in mediation? Or is it an all-or-nothing sort of deal?
Looks to me like Funimation has another opportunity to throw people under the proverbial bus.
Call this optimistic if you want, but I can see Funimation offering whatever dirt they have on Sabat.
Funi (or to be more precise, Sony) are probably starting to wonder if continuing their business relationship with him is still tenable.

there is 3 separate parties for 4 people. funi can settle without the other 2 parties input.
