in kiwi land you can get them for corpal tunnel in your wrist so you don't hurt your wrists carrying your shopping so wheelchair users who need the extra space to get the chair out of the car can't

Do y'all not have folding shopping carts? Where I live you can't take the carts out into the parking lot because they put up these fence post barrier things that are wide enough between to allow people to pass through but not wide enough to let the carts through, so a lot of people opt for the personal shopping cart they can take all the way to their car.

I know I'm late to the party on this (life is busy when you can't fuck off your responsibilities under the guise of being SOOPER SICK) but I have a hard time believing these munchies actually take the medications they're prescribed. Sure, they probably take the good ones like opiates and benzos, but I just don't buy that they actually take the other shit. I'm not a medical professional, but if they actually took all the meds they're prescribed without having the condishuns they're meant to treat, it would kill them pretty efficiently, no? I have an easier time believing they go to the doc, get the script, get it filled, take their pill porn pics then toss the pills in the trash.

Xyrem is also one of the "good ones" so I'm sure she takes it.

Opiates don't generally cause hypertension, but hypotension, especially of the orthostatic variety, can be an issue. Hypertension might (but doesn't necessarily) occur during withdrawals, though.

Anddddd she’s back- tubefedtraveler. And no I’m not linking to her accounts bc she’s been introduced before and you can see them easily in the embedded thumbnails.

I will however provide a quick refresher. Started out as one of those regular “dime a dozen” chronic illness IG that pop up daily, but within weeks had a feeding tube, weasled her way into being BFF with the disabled hippie/Julian then dropped him once she snatched most of his followers, suddenly identified as queer and hosted LGBTQ Sun-Gays Q & As, tried to corner the market on disabled sex tips (aka smoke a lot of weed and have fun), started her own line of merch (honestly lacked creativity), was dying of thirst aka POTS and got an emergency port, wasn’t compliant or was mis instructed with her psych meds resulting in an inpatient stay for psych reasons (I think this might be one of her legit issues), moved in with a sicktagram bestie a few states away and posted publicly about private, emotional experiences with the death of best friend’s mother (who actually did die of cancer during her stay), alluded to dating another female aspiring influencer who had never ONCE made public she was/is/may be queer (which is just cringe, rude and weird to do to someone all in one package, but hey, narcissism), FINALLY started getting questioned and immediately cried cyber bullying and “took a break” to focus on herself. (During this time her formerly private IG coincidentally became public and she posted inspirational poetry.) Oh- and all of this happened in less than a year. Whew that was a wild recap- May have missed a few things.

Alas, there is so much going on here in the “comeback post” that it makes my head spin. From reading this one would assume this Lara person was her nurse but fairly sure not. Tubefedtraveler actually had a home nurse she called one of her best friends and would often post about (her photo and their texts) and this is not the same person. This individual actually appears to have CF (so they have SO MUCH IN COMMON YOU GUYS!!!) and maybe works for HealthBeMe, the data mining endeavor that has been undercover as a cliquey sickster hugbox project. Now why this random IG friend would come visit and “patch her up” with saline, tegaderm, sterile needles etc I have no fucking idea. It seems reckless and a bit odd considering she has home health care but hey, whatever. Around the same time tubefedtraveler reappeared she was highlighted by Jason of HealthBeMe in his stories (no receipts sorry) so alllllllll of this appears to be strategic. (HBM doesn’t have the best reputation tho so it’s an odd thing to connect yourself with unless they have a lot of followers so she gains back the ones she lost and then some?) she prob shouldn’t worry, the chronically ill teens and 20s will all fall for it and aspire to be in her sick clique again. My brain hurts so that’s all I have ATM.



ETA heard from unsubstantiated source that she recently had sepsis this summer after going on her instagram break- which is shocking (NOT) since she was accessing and using her port herself without training with supplies from other chronically ill friends. (Please for the love of whatever you find holy JUST DONT SHARE SUPPLIES OKAY?)

Gives zero advice for EDS to poor follower with real diagnosis because hers is "so severe" there's nothing that helps it and the braces she wears obviously don't help anything but to garnish more attention.



Never fear though guys, she updated the wishlist with items they need for the hotel and the items will even ship right to them at the hotel . I'm guessing the new list involves a full kitchen, bath tub, and those terrible disposable diapers.

She's like 5'4" and says she's currently 94 lbs...(and dropping)... But I have a hard time believing those claims. I've seen many weights and she doesn't look nearly small enough to be in the 90 range... Maybe if she was 5'0 or 4'10.

Sorry to bore everyone with another update so soon but her malingering has gone from 0 to 2000 in the last month or two. Just had to add in about the adult diapers and her EDS being the worst case ever!! She's definitely healthy and putting on a front, she made sure to post about how she ATE fast food with her daughters and it caused her to bloat super bad.

Regarding the "did she really have lupus" link -- I'm not the useful kind of doctor, but I am in a medical-ish field and this is one of the things I know about. It is actually possible to have lupus without having overt signs of disease of the type that would show up on an autopsy -- if you're young and your lupus has been mild/short-lived/well-controlled. In an older person or one with severe lupus, there would almost certainly be obvious kidney or heart disease, and indications of widespread inflammation. Now, from the other links that have been posted, it sounds more likely that this Shanann (Shan'ann?) chick was making hers up, but the fact that the autopsy report didn't mention it isn't in itself a huge red flag. It's more of a red flag if she was claiming significant lupus symptoms, but I'm having a hard time finding what she actually claimed.

Edit: oh, and secretsofserenity claiming to be 5'4" and 94 lbs is total bs. This is the most recent picture on her insta and that is not a 16.1 BMI pictured there.

You're a normal weight and suck in for photos where you want to look skinny. If she were losing like she said, starving like she said, she wouldn't be producing milk for two toddlers, she wouldn't have healthy arms like that and there would be tons of visable bones. I've seen healthy moms that struggle to get enough food in to produce milk. If anything she's losing weight cause she has two leeches feeding off her.

she also claimed to have diabetes. if that were true they might want to know the glucose level when she died. they can test that by testing the aqueous and vitreous humour in your eyes. but I don't think she had any form of diabetes.
