Same reaction each time, 'It's the guy that jerked off on stream!', people have said it before but that really will be his one and only legacy.
And that is the ace card which trumps all claims DSP has that trolls have forever ruined his reputation.
"Isn't that the guy who got caught..." is purely all on him and no outside influence, short of whatever he was peering lustfully at, played any part in it.
And Phil knows it.

I think I should point out the pignosis Phil is laying out here. The question was about jokes, and he says generalizing jokes are okay because they are silly. But by the end of the clip he is no longer calling references to his gout or post nasal drip jokes, he calls them insults. He seems to think there is no way to reference his issues in a humorous fashion at all. He implies any non-sympathetic statement about them is an insult.

That and the video in which he literally says "CLICK ON THE ADS", but somehow he managed to convince himself that wasn't his fault as well.

it wasn't his fault
it was OBVIOUSLY the stupid noodnig fans who clicked who are at fault

just like how when a big whale drops money and people stop donating
not his fault for asking for money, those whales should just not give him money at all

in other words, stop listening to phil.

Has DSP ever apologized for his racist "jokes" (not to imply they were funny)? I imagine he would have had to after the Blip thing, but now that I think about it I've never seen a video of DSP owning up to and acting like a man about anything.

I believe he's pulled his "it was past DSP, I'm a mature adult now!" bit without actually apologising.

no, he just made excuses about how he was immature and now hes more mature now even though hell still make homophobic, racist, fart jokes...

ya konw the usual dsp, never apologize. always ALWAYS excuses

If you thought DSP only has trouble adding up numbers with double digits, think again!

DSP Tries It: basic math (2 + 1 = 2)

DSP apologized once in the form of admitting that he made a mistake when he got banned from Twitch the second time for harassment.
Some user said in chat that Phil is probably going to quit the game he was currently playing like "most of the shit he plays" (not an exact quote, but similar). Phil told him to fuck off, banned him, and then made fun of his blue hair in his profile pic.
Phil interpreted that this guy "blatantly insulted" him (EXACT QUOTE), and that he was simply standing up for himself.

He did not apologize to the person. He simply went on stream (youtube), and then passive aggressively said that he got suspended because he insulted the Twitch chat user's physical appearance, and that he would have been fine if he merely insulted him short of that. And then in a double whammy of both validating his bad behavior AND throwing Twitch under the bus, he said this just the other day:

I was told by, over a year ago, by the person who was my direct contact at Twitch, that if viewers are being stupid and/or insulting me or saying dumb stuff, that you know, is obviously to incite stuff, that I can insult them as much as I want as long as it's not about their physical appearance.

So he learned nothing from that incident, and possibly even took Twitch's response as an endorsement of his toxicity.

So yes, DSP will offer the most passive aggressive, conditional apology for his wrongdoings when his bank account is threatened.

Other than that, no. Phil doesn't apologize.

I dont think we have ever heard a sincere apology for anything from Phil in a long time

hahahahahahahahahahaha

"I don't understand! Other streamers don't talk about taxes and they act like it's not a big deal! It's probably because they don't do their taxes right and try to hide their income and catagorize it as other shit when they should be paying taxes on it the whole time! "

No you fucking moron they don't talk about it because no one else begs this much and brings up the fact that if you send them $10 it's only like $7 because of processing fees and taxes!
