Remember that last year, they rescinded their endorsement for Kavanaugh despite having said good things about him in the past, and jumped on the "FBI INVESTIGATION NOW" crazy train. They've been woke for a long while now, but they're being exceptional in once more bringing it out into the open over something as innocuous as this.

At what point did filing a lawsuit and going through legal channels constitute trolling? Forget everything else about this case, I want someone from the ABA to read that article, in its entirety, and try and tell me that that is good journalism they want on their Twitter feed.

I am 90% sure the person on the other side of that twitter account is some underpaid/nonpaid college kid doing some internship for being a professional social media manager.
