Yeah it is wishful thinking. Honestly if I was gonna be a source in that den of snakes, I would repeat the talking points, like a bunch of tweets, and things like that. Of course I would want vic to know the truth after everything is said and done.

Aint no real good way to settle with a patent troll. With vic though, it is safe bet for them that if they are still in the suit after TCPA, they are very sure vic will settle with em. Why turn over an investigation and potentially have more trouble on a federal level when they can probably just settle if still on the hook and get out? Or potentially even be out the suit on TCPA.

I know I've said it a couple times but I am looking hard at Justin Cook being a source. Head of Production, probably has access to computer files going back to early 2000s. He's definitely a candidate for the Funi leaks. On one stream, Nick brings his name up and acts indifferent or sympathetic toward him, then in another stream he is berating him. Coulda been a coverup, and/or a situation like you described.

I think you guys put a bit too much stock on Glassdoor reviews.

For every employee who thinks their workplace is incompetent, there is another that loves it and thinks it is run smoothly. For every employee that is miserable, another is cheery and optimistic. People with the less cushy jobs are always gonna be more negative than the top dogs. And lets face it, these reviews are most likely from DISGRUNTLED, FORMER, LOWER LEVEL employees.

I'm not saying that I doubt these accounts, it's just that you guys seem to think they are the end-all be-all for these companies' outlooks and how they're run.
