It's also worth noting that, considering that the first Frozen came out in like, what, 2014, the original audience has aged up significantly, so it would make sense for disney to make the story more action packed and mature to cater to that same audience and even rake in some new audience members.

Elsa being gay is a head-canon that has very little basis in the original movie. She has a deep bond with her sister, and she doesn’t have a boyfriend by the movie’s end. That’s it. It’s the same logic people use to justify any given character being bi. So long as they never say they aren’t, there’s still a chance they are, they just have a preference and didn’t meet anyone on their adventure of the same sex they wanted to get with.

If you like Elsa being gay, fine, who actually cares if she is? But Jerry is acting like the people who throw a tantrum and denounce an entire franchise for not making their OTP the canon pairing.

Making Elsa gay would entirely be pandering on Disney’s part, and isn’t that the sort of thing he criticized SU for doing? Pandering to fans by making their theories canon?

I just wanna say this as an add-on to my other post; Disney sequels have a reputation for needlessly pairing up a character/characters from the first movie. In Mulan 2, Mulan's army friends all get hooked up with princesses, Brother Bear 2 is about how the brother bear needs a bear-waifu, Hunchback 2 has to try and give Quasimodo a girlfriend, etc.

Using this formula reinforces this idea that the only happy ending is one where you find a romantic partner. You can't be happy to be single. Your life is incomplete without a significant other.

If the entire purpose of Frozen 2 just making Elsa gay and giving her a girlfriend, it would be a flashback to those shitty, cheap, cash-grab sequels and could cheapen the franchise as a whole for offering nothing to its audience other than queer-baiting.

Seriously, do you HONESTLY believe Disney would make Elsa gay? They can't even have gay Star Wars or Marvel characters yet. You would, at best, have the director or voice actor say in an interview 'They could be gay!' or 'I would be all for them coming out as gay!' and then some shitty news site would sensationalize a statement that basically means nothing.

The Last Jedi was also written by a bunch of people who had little to no involvement with the original and those that did were ignored when they tried to speak up. 1) You're too obscure for anyone besides Kiwis and bronies to care about

2) Half of the dramas you've been through have been started and blown out of proportion by you

3)You sanitize the shit out of your history and constantly Joseph Stalin the things you've done wrong (Flashing your tits, Stockholm, Patch's art)

4) Your writing and comedic skills are stuck at embarrassing levels of early 2010s tier fanfiction and youtube skits

This is such an old and lazy fucking card but Sorfabuna might be a Jerry sock, because, in their post history, I recognize a lot of speech ticks, mannerisms, and phrases that Jerry typically uses in his writings, not to mention they're making the same points, espousing the same ideas, and generally talking about the same exact shit that he does.

In fact I'd ask someone who cares more about this shit than I do to try and match up dates where this Sorfabuna individual made comments about topics with dates Jerry made posts about those same topics and see if any match up (moving your cursor over the "1 day ago"/"3 months ago" label gives you the exact date and time the comment was posted, and you can look here for the posts), or see if Sorfa actually has ripped talking points from Jerry's posts.

Of course, Jerry's fans have been and still are (to the best of my knowledge) incredibly sycophantic to an unsettling degree so if this individual is actually just a Jerry mega-fan, I wouldn't be surprised.

Then again, look through their posts on your own, come to your own conclusion.
