Well, mediation was a bust (no surprise there), which means that, depending on the ruling, Chupp might have to deal with appeals showing how much he fucked up. Until then, KV will continue their game of "read only the words and sentences that I like to be make a different story."
 
Here's a question @Spectre_06, if the charges go through for Funimation, Monica and Ron, could Ty file subpoenas prior to the opposition filing their appeals?
 
If the charges do go forward for monica, ron and funimation, will we see the Marchi charge get appealed too?
 
Late and gay, but since the meditation seems to be a fail, what's going to happen now? Especially with Mrs. I want his head and balls Marchi

It's going to depend. As people have pointed out, Jamie was always the hardest to prove or get traction against. Unless one of the defendants appeals the TCPA (and thus expediting things) they may simply cut their losses on Jaime and continue with the rest of the defendants, if only to try to get more stuff for Round 2 (because the statute of limitations is coming up quickly on that).

M - WUG, F - Marz, K - Manjaw.

WUG makes some cute kids, and really just needs a diet. She's salvageable, and in the long run could be a perfectly acceptable choice. Marz is an eldritch horror, but she appears to keep herself relatively hygienic, and she doesn't accuse everyone she brushes by in the street of violently raping her, and she can sometimes be slightly cute. Manjaw is a plague on the world, it would be irresponsible to choose anyone else for kill.

In all honesty, I don't see a reality where the defendants don't appeal if even one cause of action remains, especially Funimation. The thought of discovery terrifies them.

The only possible scenario I can see this happening is if only Ron remains (say for defamation) and chooses to fall on his sword for m'lady and does not appeal. But that's a small percentage.

Chupp will (most likely) issue a ruling on Friday.
Whoever gets assblasted will appeal it.
I doubt Marchi will get dragged back in, but we're about due for an unexpected plot twist in this shitshow.

Vic hasn't been charged with any crimes, let alone been convicted or even been on trial for anything.

Even if he "loses" this case 3 years from now after appeals, he still wasn't ever found guilty of any of the allegations.

What the fuck is a "Defamation Lawyer"?

Its not like there's a special bar for defamation law, as far as I know the only discipline with a SUPER SPESHUL Bar is Patent Lawyers and they're all gigantic fucking nerds.
