Shane's already told him he's an idiot.

To make this more stupid than it already is, Shane posted his address yesterday. It was in the e-mail he published of his donation to RAINN, the same address that was posted to Kiwi Farms in March.

Wait who "physically stalked" his wife/kids? Have been people following them and digging through their trash? I haven't seen anything of the sort, or is he equating copying facebook messages with "physical stalking"?

Remember that he is a tough kid with fondness for being a dramaqueen.
Gotta earn these internet points in order to feed his "family".

He's probably talking about @Not A Bug telling everyone what a piece of shit he is.

He's back, with the comments turned off.

He had the chance to correct 'whinny' to 'whiny' or 'whiney' or even 'whingey' and he failed. This is worse to me than him threatening to shoot up an entire city block. Also, did he make it more than three days, in the end?

More bullocks

Bleeding Fool is, at least, accurately named.

Has he got some receipts for that phsyical stalking? Is he sure they weren't just trying to rescue his child bride from her sex slave life? Or is this after he got mad at the internet and climbed onto Kiwi Farms to literally beg people to come fight him 1v1 at his house.

Greg is a stupid fucking moron. The mere fact of representation is not itself privileged anyway. Nick wasn't representing anything, though, just asking a question that was relevant to the ongoing situation.

There isn't some weird oath of omerta. If it's reasonable to discuss the representation it's completely legitimate to do so. That fat bald dumbass needs to get back to his own grift, or get the license in Texas he swindled money out of people to get.
No don't you understand, merely asking questions about the case means you're representing that client. Game set match. Its the end for Nicky, omnibus bar complaints all around.

Hey don't you smear the honorable name that is Shame! Who was it that was digging through his trash? Fess up to your "physical stalking"! He is an honorable man who definitely wouldn't grossly exaggerate or blatantly lie about things. All those other times were definitely just typos.

Is there any guidelines on the sanctions? Could Chupp chupp this up by awarding some form of exceptionally stupid sanctions, requiring yet another appeal?
It seems I will need to beat a dead horse.
As already been stated, Chupp can't award more than what the defendants paid.
TCPA states that the plaintiff can only be asked to pay reasonable fees. And the judge may or may not grant the fees. He doesn’t have to, Vic losing does not ensure Vic has to pay.

i don't think he made it 3 days. Pretty sure he went on an off for the entirety of these 3 days since his last big deletion

That can't be right. If a law firm took a TCPA case pro bono and won, the plaintiff wouldn't have to pay anything.
The TCPA isn’t exactly perfect.
But what you’re asking confuses me.
Pro-bono means they don’t make their clients pay. They represent them without their client paying but an attorney still has to pay for all the crap they file. An attorney would still have to pay fees for things like subpoenas and what not. So they could still be awarded damages even if their client didn’t pay them.

Not true, §27.009(2) allows the award of sanctions in excess of attorney's fees.

The awarded fees can even include the normally billable hours. Simply put, pro bono representation might be closer to an agreement to not actually make the client pay the bill for the work themselves and that the firm/lawyer itself covers the bill for them instead, rather than not charging money at all. Thus, it can be argued that the fees should be paid even for pro bono work.
There's a reason there's usually a hearing for this kinda thing. Too many possible arguments. You could also argue the opposite, of course. In the end it's just about who convinces the judge the most. It isn't unique though, pro bono lawyers have been paid with awarded attorney fees in the past.

Is that Texas law or something in most states?

This is a Texas case, in Texas court, based on Texas law, between Texans. Judges anywhere can almost always sanction a party if they find something frivolous, though.
