It was brought up by the head of the Minneapolis police union that Obama had made attendance at his rallies compulsory for a lot of cops, and required them to stand behind him in uniform. This time, the mayor of Minneapolis expressly forbade cops from wearing their uniforms at the rally, so they retaliated by wearing "COPS FOR TRUMP" shirts. There were a lot of those in the crowd, especially behind Trump.

Meanwhile New York, Oregon, and Illinois are literally held hostage by a single city (NYC, Portland, and Chicago) and of those three cities, New York City is the only one that's even close to functional (albeit expensive as fuck) compared to the rainbow-colored Anarcho-Tyranny of Portland and Chicago is now "Grand Theft Auto: Real Life" and has been for years.

If Portland, Chicago, and Manhattan were taken out of the equation, New York would be a swing state while Oregon and Illinois would be solidly red. Virginia would go from being a swing state back to being a red state once again if you take Richmond and the DC suburbs out of the equation.

Washington state would be solid red if everything within 25 miles of Seattle died. A massive portion of our state is farmland, but the massive amount of liberals packed into a small area drives almost every state policy. We lucked out because our state constitution is unique in that it has its own 2nd amendment and taxation laws, which is the only reason we haven’t banned guns or charge a city income tax like NYC.
