"I wonder who these users are", well, I know you don't want to hear this, but... they are you too.

I know this is gonna piss off a lot of people who use Reddit, but this has happened because y'all have been asleep at the wheel.

See, I'm conflicted on this. On one hand, this behavior disgusts me and censorship like this should never be endorsed like Reddit seems to be doing. On the other, I fucking hate Reddit, find it terrible, and delight in watching it fall apart as it continues to splinter into warring factions and do stupid shit like this.

That and I know my complaints will fall on deaf ears anyway if I were to try to say something to anyone running the show over there. Probably catch a ban for my trouble too, since that's how they seem to roll.

Okay, so I'm not the only one.

No offense to Nykysnottrans, but you seriously need an editor or something. I'm alright with posts with some meat to them--I'm the author of a few walls of text here, too--but they're about as friendly as a pitbull with rabies and as navigable as the Bermuda Triangle in a hurricane. The most surprising thing to me regarding the people complaining about his posts is the revelation that they've been reading them.

In order:

- It ain't the makeup, buddy. That's actually a pretty decent job on the makeup, which leads me to believe they're fishing for compliments. But all the clown paint in the world can't hide the triple-combo of cheekbones, jowls, and a jawline each so sharp that they can slice meat so thin you see light through it.

- 60-year-old post-menopausal librarian through an Instagram filter, maybe transplant the massive curve in your hairline to your broad shoulders.

- This is just being gay with an extra step.

Stay away from telephone poles and late-night road trips.

Un-blended eyeshadow right up to the unplucked or unshaped brows, eye color is applied super heavy, lid color is too close to eye color, the eyeliner is a fuzzy line on the wing and almost non-existent across the actual eye, the color choice is bruise like, the brow-bone has a light spot which was probably an attempt to highlight but because the shadow is so far up it just looks like a section missing color, looks like they attempted to highlight the inner eye as well but the choice of a bruised purple color only makes them looks like they dabbed a bit of white on their dark circles to brighten them instead of being a proper highlight, the choice of a bruised purple color on the bottom where traditional dark circles tend to lurk in general.

The only thing they maybe got right is mascara which is pretty hard to fuck up.

Pretty Decent? No.

Coldnessinmyheart's self-mutilation is something I can't look at again, because she did it to herself, no proxy, just carving like she was a Christmas Turkey. I wouldn't call these wounds "surgically elegant," it's just the veneer of profession placing these surgeons above your common meat butcher. I think also, as you say, that these people do it to themselves via proxy - which makes them cowards. Coldness was much braver about her self-mutilation imo.

The surgical results are horrendous, but at least there's tiny sutures and some kind of order to the madness, whereas Coldness's exploits were a free-for-all.

I'd say she was definitely as calculating as a surgeon, seeing as how she didn't bleed out, and knew good aftercare as well. Some people speculated that she was in the medical field because of that forethought and precision. Even in the fog of whatever compels someone to cut, those that do know exactly what they are doing.

I can only liken it to art; the SRS surgeons think themselves as Rembrandts while coldness' approach was more Maude Lebowski. The results are both horrifying and yet, the artists believe they have created a masterpiece. A nightmare masterpiece to rival Bosch.
