I don't doubt she said that, but it sounds like a very elaborate lie to mask the fact that she doesn't change her clothes from one day to the next (and her clothes are covered with fur because the pets also live on pillow mountain). And probably to sound like a liberated, body-positive, sexual being.

Logistically, it would seem really uncomfortable for her to sleep naked, given the amount of skin-on-skin chafing. Wouldn't that cause a skin tag and/or chubrub rash situation? She sleeps sitting up, so...
