1. Yes, my best friend is a member of the Cherokee nation. I went through scouting with him as part of the branch located on the reservation. We have long talks about Cherokee culture, history, and contemporary politics. He is personal friends with the current Eastern Band chief. Mayans did actually invent wheels, but they were tiny and only used on toys. The lack of any large tamed animals to pull carts meant they never really became very popular, though wheelbarrows would still have been useful.

This person doesn't give the first shit about Columbus, but he wants to play like he's really offended on behalf of Indians because his political enemies touched on it.

Around Columbus day all the woke whites want to pretend they give a shit about us, and they get mad when we try to, you know, give our perspective.
