Depends but usually they will make you take it if you have so much accumulate so they don't have to pay you out + pay you for working. Kind of cutting it close to peak retail time to get a vacation as well but who knows if she's just a cashier or something she isn't as important.

Now hold on a second saying he looks autistic with that sonic hat isn’t mocking or insulting autistic people. There’s no negative or mean intent behind it, it’s a neutral statement. Saying someone looks gay isn’t an insult unless that person imprints a negative connotation onto the implication of looking gay or autistic.

These materialistic attributes inherently make him better than the children that he has to entertain to make a living. It's also reinforcement for his pea-sized brain that his entire life isn't a consistent string of failures that have subsequently happened one after the other and that he is a big, successful YT/ Twitch streamer who has good things going for him.

However he looks at it, it's certain it's not in the objective way. That being the fact that his entire existence, the two houses, the car, the thousands of dollars of electronics and all the games, is all built on the backs of people who could wave it all away overnight if they walked en masse. That's the thing that makes me most MOTI about Phil, more than anything: his complete lack of gratitude and his utter distain for the people who willingly maintain his lifestyle.
