Weeb Wars / AnimeGate / #KickVic / #IStandWithVic / #vickicksback - General Discussion Thread

This coming from the people who believe that a defence case that gets ended on the TCPA equates to a judge ruling that Vic really did do everything that they are claiming he did. I have gotten sick of this rhetoric on every other site. If anything all the people who are siding with the defendants should have been siding with the TCPA not going though so evidence could come to light that proves their allegations. Instead, they became vindictive and attacked using a loophole that not only proves absolutely nothing, but are celebrating it as if TCPA itself proves that all allegations are true. The TCPA is not meant to prove these things, its meant to shut down a case when there is no proof that the claims of the plaintiff does not have enough proof to continue to trial (basically to shut down needless claims mean to silence people by way of monetarily shutting them down)
The very fact that this is shut down on the basis of lack of evidence, does not give kick vic a win. Sure it feels like a loss to ISWV, but really it means nothing to anyone.

Nothing is proven and nothing is disproven, its just a stalemate that costs one side a stupid large sum of money, but still a stalemate. Them celebrating this as if the end of the lawsuit is the end of the debacle, just proves they never really were interested in proving anything to begin with. The allegations alone was enough to demand the lashes, proof unnecessary.

Vic is so evil that he...

um.

He's so evil that one time he...

well.

Evilly. He evilly did a thing once where he...

uh.

Gosh. I think one time he kissed a couple of twins, and what's worse is that he maybe kissed his co-worker once where she froze up resisted went along with kissing him and never informed him it wasn't okay. That's pretty evil. And he's extra evil, because for thirty years literally not one person ever informed him that they ever felt even a little uncomfortable around him or felt violated by anything he did except Greg Ayres, who decided Vic definitely hated him due to the gay.

So evil. It's the true kind of evil where no one ever makes a police report and no one ever brings charges against him. It's good that Mike is there to identify this great evil. I don't know what we'd do if he weren't. Maybe one day get propositioned by Vic when we weren't expecting it?

Them: "He is so evil, he kissed this fan on the cheek!"
Fan: "I asked my mom to take that picture, and for his kiss!"
Them: Act like they never said a thing about this, never bring it up again, ban people who bring it up.
-One week later-
Them: "He is so evil, he licked this girl in this pic, she said ew ew ew and ran away!"
Video: Shows her kiss her cheek, and her fangasaming happily
Her: "I enjoyed it, dont talk bad about Vic!"
Them: "The video was just a bad angle"

Is it me or there some kind of weird DNA/correlation between people like Vito, Carl Benjamin, Matt Jarbo, Matthew Lewis/TUG, MBA, Ethan Ralph, Bob Chipman, etc? It's like all 30 year old bearded fat asses are a bunch of obnoxious IQ spergs with no actual job skills.
Pretty sure it's less any DNA similarities, and more that being a lazy stupid sack of shit will gravitate your body towards a certain shape.

It's the male equivalent of that picture people occasionally post here with the quote about how thinking ugly thoughts will make you an ugly person

I think I'm a decent person yet I have the ugly syndrome.

'occasionally'

What a nice way of putting 'post it every opportunity they get like it's their grandmother's oatmeal cookie recipe'

Is this moron implying that it's impossible to learn something about a place and how it works without having to live there? Like we've been doing with books for centuries, as well internet for a couple decades now?
I have never seen anyone claim that Nick is an expert on Texas appellate rules, including Nick himself. This is almost as if this person is being dishonest or something.
Even if some ISWV sperg said that, it is in no way reflects Nick's competence or lack thereof (not that they care). His knowledge and insight as a lawyer remains valuable, and he always lets you know when something is out of his area of expertise.

Basically, this dolt made up this contradiction from non-existing statements to make fun of ISWV and Rekieta and then patted himself on the back for being so clever. It is by all means a strawman.
I feel my brain cells committing suicide one by one, analyzing this idiocy.

These cretins do this nearly continually. I gave up on them after about the thousandth time some moron claimed Nick was amazed by the filing of a TCPA and that Ty must have been totally shocked and never heard of it, etc. They just make shit up and then claim that's the position of some other person who must be a huge fool to believe whatever it is they just invented whole cloth.

The thing with Nick is that I can acknowledge him being wrong on interpretation of law. Because, despite the memes, he's just a 4th year attorney.

But his information's always been good. He teased the jellybean incident months before, and it seemed too absurd to be true. But here we are, with the jellybean incident in official court documents. He's teased the KamehaCon TI, and we got some lovely Toye texts. And so on.

So sure, I'll take Nick's interpretations of law with a tiny grain of salt that he might be wrong, if he gives info, I'll generally believe it.

Guess I shouldn't be surprised, for people like them it's normal. I just can never get used to such blatant dishonesty and hypocrisy.

Hey, welcome to the farms. The rhetoric everywhere else is why I ended up here too. "Laugh with the sinners than cry with the saints" because the sinners apparently are the only people who do research.

Of course you could also be a burn account. Either way.

This whole fucking thing has just reminded me that life has become an extension of high school. LawTwitter gets to bully people because they were bottom of the food chain when they were teenagers. Monica, Jamie and the rest of Funimations clique are the preppy elites that would never look at LawTwitter nerds in a thousand years in any other situation.

The entirety of LawTwitter seems like people bitter they never got to fuck the cheerleader 30 years ago and are settling to white knight the bloated emotional wreck she became.

Also if you want to piss off LawTwitter, you have to speak Boomer to them. Compare them to losers from old sitcoms, like Cliff Clavin or George Costanza.

I move beyond just mildly amused when I read the farms and the speds hot takes LMAO

KV: Vic is a sex pest, hate him, want his balls, want him to disappear and DIE, want him to be fired foreva, we will kill all hopes of his future and career
Also KV: Poor Vic is getting taken by Nick and Ty. Feel bad for Vic because he has incompetent counsel. Someone tell Vic his fans are hurting his future/lawsuit/career

Lawtistics: Vic is ebil....very very much evil
Also Lawtistics: Never ever met or heard of Vic until this case and some other lawtist told me how I should feel about Vic even though he's also never met him.

KV/Lawtistics: Vic never had a case. His case was going to fail before he even filed it. Vic's case was dead in the water and had no basis/merit
Also KV/Lawtistics: TY and Nick boomered the case! It was going to do just fine until those lawyers who have never ever even been in a courtroom put their hands on it. Ty lost the case that was never going to win anyhow.

Boy oh boy, the threadnot is basically a big ol' Angie's list of who not to hire if you need thoughtful, smart, and competent lawyers.

“Lured 3 teenage girls”
“Kissing without consent”
Citations needed.

Also you didn’t answer the question. Answer their question. Whataboutism isn’t a defense.
