I think Ron is starting to have buyer's remorse in the TCPA in general. Probably was sold that it was a slam dunk. He's realizing it isn't and never was going to be. He's probably starting to move closer to regretting not settling.
Nick and others keep saying Ron's TCPA being the only one left standing is a worst-case scenario, but considering the fact he seems to be more loaded than any other potential defendents aside from Funi and maybe Sabat, it might not be so bad in terms of recovering legal fees and money lost from cons which cancelled Vic since Monica and Marchi likely do not have much money they could be forced to hand to Vic. At this point I'm doubting either Marchi or Funi will remain defendents after appeals (as much as I hope otherwise), but if anyone does it will be Ron. Discovery against this cuck will be very interesting, since he's going to cough up all his communications, including potentially with Funi, Sabat, or others and we'll get to see what link his business partner Tuttle has with this case (and I guarantee the Tuttle Group knows what Ron is up to). Ron himself is loaded--he's a successful real estate guy who controls consluts like the Yost twins and gets to rent out his properties to people like Monica Rial and fantasize about buying Audis and shit. Texas's laws regarding debt collection won't protect him from the money Vic could easily take from him.
I thought Ron being 'loaded' was his IRA which is savings for retirement. Which is not probably viewed as spare money. He'd likely feel the same way about digging into that as having to mortgage his house to pay.

The second the first round of defendants got a notice, any one else concerned, did a del *.*. They have to use what they can't delete like bank records and emails on Funi servers and/or gmail accounts, etc plus what they get from first round defendants.

Twitter, his emails, etc. can mostly be recovered through a subpoena, which BHBH seems to like using judging by how much Law Twitter likes to harp on the fact they've been sanctioned for subpoena abuse. And if they can't recover it, they can always argue that Ron deleted it and it was irretrievable which courts have decided reflects most negatively on the defendent.
