You can't sue for libel when what the person said is true. For libel/defamation you have to prove that what was said about you was not only untrue, but made others think less of you. How would it be possible for anyone to think less of Yaniv?

I intend to contact the store and tell them about Yaniv's misdeeds. I mentioned this to staff but I couldn't tell how seriously they were taking it. I wouldn't be surprised if they know about Yaniv.

There was also a cop sitting in his car in the parking lot looking bored. I'm guessing this was related to Yaniv likely making dubious complaints his life is under threat again.

I'll check the store tomorrow if he's still there and take more pics. I was so startled by seeing him it threw me into a fit of rage. I couldn't react reasonably so I took the pics I could. My understanding is that the sampler people are sent out by the company, that company in this case being Baileys. I'm going to talk to some people I know in the liquor industry to see who I can contact and report this to.
