Even if changing genitals was all that mattered -- even that can't be done. XX and XY can't be changed. Troony religion believes that it can -- science knows that it can't.

It seems far more "boring" to me to be a person who perseverates on something unnecessary and expansive like Western conceptions of gender expression, conceptions which are generous enough to allow gender basically to function as immutable in the healthy "cis"/normal realm for all intents and purposes.
