As someone born with a uterus, my response to seeing someone shit themself has literally never been, "Oh boy, I want to be the one to clean that up." Do these people honestly think estrogen makes women enjoy changing diapers? Wow, such feminism, much woke.
I don't know about feminine, but he certainly looks weirdly like a thirteen year old for someone in his late twenties. I think he might have shooped his waist to look more "feminine," but in reality it just made him look anorexic.
Not only that: I was reading the moms' forum and in the last couple of years in the UK there was a lot of talk about "self-id", aka simplifying the bureaucracy around transition. They are still talking about it and nothing official came out from the talks yet, but a lot of universities, sports associations, clubs, companies etc are behaving like self-id is already implemented in law, violating the Equality Act that says that sex is a protected characteristic and sex-segregated spaces are still perfectly legal. In UK Gender Reassignment is a protected characteristic too, but only for people who have obtained the certificate (more or less 4000 people in the whole country, as per calculations made when the law was written), and with some caveats (there are situations when, if you don't want troons in your female space you have the right to keep them out of it). But for some kind of mysterious reasons people, companies and clubs that want to keep their spaces male-free as per their right stated by the Equality Act are sued, shamed and boycotted.
Any real women would also know wet nurses are only still a thing in third world countries, first worlders have formula despite "breast is best". No woman would let some rando breast feed her child, and no one on craigslist would buy your putrid manmilk (I know, I know they're delusional to think their totally real boobies can be milked for like a pint instead of two drops at most, but.) Almost like... it's a fetish?
Even in third world countries mothers tend prefer formulas. Those places it can be somewhat of a status symbol so some mothers that could easily breastfeed don’t if formula is available. Unfortunately access to formula doesn’t mean access to clean water or knowledge about proper hygiene and so medical staff have to really push “breast is the best” there too.
