Don't think they have something to hide, they're just doing their job.
But Lemoine is a whole special level of filling-sperging turbo-sped, that's impressive.

@Allanon : Casey might have been forced to do what he did by Moronica. The only thing I actually blame him for was the comment to Carey
Yet again, let's remember that this last one happened right when his client got the genius idea to not recall any event, he was probably pissed.

Well considering how hard they fought discovery. I am certain there are things there that would burn their house down.
By house I mean tie them heavily to Funimation. The internal investgation was half assed. Chris Sabats' wife is in admin staff I think. Having done accounting for the company.
Nothing like burning down your own workplace in the progress right?

I suppose it all could be for okratron, but they are heavily tied to Funimation. Chris could get away with using vegeta for a political campaign, so pretty sure he feels like he is running the place. Unsure what the ANN list is referencing, since it does not say if it is through Okratron or Funi.

Yeah that one properly fucked him over badly in the eyes of a lot of people. Personally I think we should wait and see if Casey is still or not but given that he ended up taking the case I doubt it. However I will say he's better than West Nile LemonFürher cuz that faggot is completely soy filled and plague riddled.

Nick has said too many wrong think words. If he wasn't back in a week he will not be back, unless he makes somebody at twitter believe he can win a lawsuit. I personally would love to watch Nick live stream his deposition against twitter, but that 230 would be a bitch of a hurdle.

He wants to force discovery and try to intimidate/wear down Vic before he can file appeal in the hopes that Vic will quit, or they can find Vic's leaks and destroy their attempts to continue after a successful appeal so they'll quit. If the appeals start now, I'm reasonably sure the rest of that gets put on hold and potentially trashed unless the appeal determines all 17 counts are frivolous again.

It's kind of funny how scared the second amended petition make Lemoine, I thought it didn't matter, Lemoine? Why are you trying to get it removed?

Wait, where does it say he wants the 2nd pet removed from evidence? All I saw was a temper tantrum about Ty filing an appeal at all.
