Ergo proving my point about him being scared. Chupp as already proven to be a spineless chump, and if he does bow to the pressure Lemon Fürher is creating it's clear he will be in the crosshairs of Ty. Getting Chupp to interfere with evidence is the last thing he would want and given his track record, getting caught doing it would cost him his job, he wanted out of it so he would do the last bit of his job and then fuck off to another case.

When I say "interfere with evidence" it's more that Das Lemonfurher wants Chupp to say somewhere that no, that nasty set of affidavits that royally fucks MoRon over and no, that second ammended filing were not filed properly, ergo the appeals court won't be able to use them. I think. The problem being that Chupp said he would use them, then said he wouldn't use them, said they were timely, then said they weren't timely, while also letting Lemonfurher submit shit past the deadline he was holding Ty to.

Just want to point out that its a fallacy that because monica/jamie don't show up as donors that they didn't donate. its not just that anons can donate but also that they have more access to wendy than we do and likely can directly donate/even help out. as horrible as they are, my principles don't let me falsely blame people.

Yeah and that is why Chupp is a hypocrite, Ty has made a few mistakes but they were honest ones while Lemon Fürher and Casey S. Erick have fucked around over and over. Also why the fuck is it that Manjawlo, who has been proven to be a Schizo and thus not of sound mind to make hers while Chupp wouldn't allow Huber's and Dahlin's? if anything, I hope that the appeals court does allow Ty to filed them.
