Three had their pictures taken out of context and came forward, yes. Casey J Harwood (outright public denial), the curly-haired girl whose name escapes me (outright public denial), and Mary (photo used without permission). "J" is none of them. Nor was she ever presented to be any of them by ANN. In the OP by @mindlessobserver got confused and states that Casey J is "J". But as you can see that is incorrect.
To be fair that is the archived Jan 30 version of the article, not the Feb 4 version. I had to dig to get it. When you google the article it directs to a version which does not contain pictures lifted from Vic's fansite and it makes very clear that the TCPA girl is "J". Here's a listing of all the edits made by ANN. You can see in the timeline where they got caught and purged the fansite photos and Lynzee made her half-assed retraction notice.

Well lawtwitters word pretty much doesn't matter, people care more about competence now more than ever given how Lawtwitter have behaved like complete fuckwards that don't have the maturity and professionalism that their job requires. in the past a lawyer like Nick would be laughed at as being a unremarkable lawyer but now the bar has gotten so low or his talents are that good (pick one or another) that he can be considered a very good lawyer.
