She's pretty quiet, but the whole saga is bizarre, horrifying and extremely questionable - especially this recent breast cancer and making a $10K gofundme for a car - you can get a used car for way less than ten grand, I don't understand asking for that much when the need is a vehicle. She ignored an offer for a free car in her group -

Offers for financial resources for people with cancer were ignored, a referral to a foundation was ignored. Someone called dealerships thinking they would just give this family a free car because ??? There are countless families struggling to make ends meet who have chronically ill children - children with way more severe issues and they're not having their friends call ellen and car dealerships to get them free shit.

Going back through the comments on posts from the last month, there are two people who have commented with prayers recently who have left the group. One is a retired church preschool teacher. Weird, just like that rescinded donation of $1000. Makes me wonder if they're suspicious.

This is confirmed by the house listing (archive)

Same green trim, same house number, same wreath, same real estate agent Sari Cobb, and appropriate listing date (listed for sale 2/23, picture of sign posted to fb on 2/24). Also the interior on the listing matches her fb photos (not just same pictures on the wall but same photos posted to fb). For example:

According to the listing data, they bought the house for $179,900 in 2014 and sold it for $209,000 on 3/29/19, which was $900 below asking price. That means they sold it for $29,100 more than they bought it for.

oh FUCK this just gave me a flashback to a narc I knew irl. Without fail she would pop out of the woodwork EVERY time her kid had a birthday, graduation, anything special happening, with some mess of bullshit perfectly calibrated to ruin the daughter's MONTH, let alone the special day itself. I think it's because most of them, at their core, don't really have much in the way of a unique identity or personality of their own. After high school was over, getting married and having kids was just the next thing that had to be checked off of the milestone list, and then their title of "mom" could give them their identity and purpose as an adult. And they need to be seen as the Best Mom Ever, because if they don't succeed at that, what else is there? So they play up these horrible illnesses that their kids supposedly have in order to make themselves look like these incredible, dedicated mothers who are doing an amazing job in the face of adversity.

It's not too much different than the straight-up munchies who base their entire identity around being sick, always having to prove that they are sicker than anyone else.

With MBP, I would say that she doesn't want her kids to grow up, especially her daughters, because they remind her that she's growing old too. I wish I could remember where I read this particular quote and its exact wording but it was along the lines of "mothers see their mortality in their daughters". I think she wants her children eternally youthful, because that means she's still youthful too.

Krissy has got to be messing with their food or meds or SOMETHING. I can’t see very many doctors - well, not ones affiliated with Weill-Cornell, at least - rushing to perform *brain* surgery on little kids just for funsies. KillerKrissy has been fucking with their health behind the scenes, no doubt. Feeding tubes are perfect for that.

Also, this Chiari thing... I saw some Instagram kid who got a seemingly real dx of this and continues a semi-pro surfing career. So make of that what you will.
