It isn't just that one picture. There are three in a series ending with Vic giving her a smooch on the cheek.

Maybe ANN is lying and "J" and her story is made up. I wouldn't put it past them and it would explain why she didn't change tack. But, and this was the only reason I waded into this deal, was the ongoing stupidity that the gal in the photo came forward somewhere and walked it back.

The "that girl came forward as pro-Vic and told KV to stop being meanies" is the "Nick is Vic's lawyer" of the ISWV side. Shit that has been proven again and again to be false yet you will always find someone who didn't get the memo who still insists it is truth.

I fucking saw those tweets, for fuck sake.
So unless it has been photoshoped, or it was a proven gayops, it's legit. As far as I know right now, it's legit.
The only thing I'm not 100% sure of is that I recall the right picture, could be another one, visual memory can easily be a bitch.
But I fucking saw two fucking tweets with explicit denial and request not to use a picture.

PS: Where the fuck did I say she walked it back!?

Well it does look like he is missing a leg. As for the woman in the picture. I think there has been some guesses floating around, believing it to be HanLeia.
I did quickly look at deviantart to see if the rest sort of fit. And sure enough he did have that attire in 2014. In new York comic con.

Those face-squares would indicate it is somewhere on facebook?

The only 2 brunettes in KV I know are crazy enough to do this is Hanleia and Armzgurl.

Wonder if Ty could have an expert analyze that photo. I have no idea how this could be real. Where is his leg??

You see those curtain behind her leg? Those VERY BLURRY CURTAINS, that are sharper everywhere else? That's painted on with a blurry paintbrush most likely. Also his disappearing hand? Well, there is a hint to a bulk under her jacket, but I find it to be a little small and not really as scrunched like I would expect it to be?

I can not for the life of me find his second leg. No leg, no shoe, nothin'. It is like it just disappears up by the crotch area and just never appears anywhere else. He is too far in the front of the picture to have his leg behind the table.

Anybody know if these photoshop analysis things is normal for law firms to do? I feel like we’re going beyond what Ty would do.

But if someone could prove without a doubt that the photo was shopped, that'd then negate the affidavit of that person, wouldn't it? I think it's not that easy to prove 100 % that a picture was shopped, though. Someone would have to find the original pictures which were then used to form the shopped picture.

I think @Tipsy Tea Cup said Sunday badges might have been yellow? If Vic was wearing that on Sunday it would line up. Her lanyard is purple and has wording I can't quite make out on it. The gray area is just the bottom of her camo jacket.

I'll agree the posing is bizarre, such as why one hand is under her jacket but the other isn't (most likely it's because her jacket is open) and the disappearing leg, but I'm still convinced this is a totally legit picture...of someone currently involved in the drama.

I believe people disregarded Hanleia when they realized it was in NYC and she lived in Hawaii. However, I don't think anyone confirmed she was actually there. And she would be, I think, closer to 19 in 2014? If we can find some old images of kv girls, it might help. Also, like Tipsy pointed out, this appears to be a Facebook image, so it's someone either on FB or who was recently on it and DFE'd.

Not the bottom of her jacket, appears to be on her leg to the left, on the inside on her thigh. I don't think that's her jacket.

I am still looking for the badges, I also found that the crew badge had yellow on it.

this is the badge from the other photo I pulled up. I think she specified being there sunday, which confirms tipsy tea cup's sunday was yellow-day in a way.

Just realized KickVic followers are the real life Jerkops from Sonichu. Chris-Chan was right, they exist.
You are not allowed to hug, kiss (not on the lips specificly) or interact with anyone without their permission. Sometimes even if they give you permission or their parents (when they are underaged).
They also have no heart's and soul. What was the other tell? I think "being slow in the mind".
