So they’re trying to depose the guy who can blow up Monica’s story Hiroshima style? This shit is becoming more and more criminal, if this is how Lemom Fürher is gonna play the game, then it's clear it's a bid to shut down any kind of evidence Vic has while shitting defamatory statements in Chupp's face in the hopes that he'll eat it up. If that doesn't sound like they are desparate I don't know what does.But there's no evidence! Chupp threw out TI after looking at Chris' affidavit himself. Why, oh why, would the Fuhrer feel the need to try to destroy Slatosch's affidavit before appeals look at it if this case is just SO BLATANTLY frivolous that 999 out of 1000 lawyers laugh at the very idea of it being taken to court?

I thought Vic had no case and Monica, Ron, Jamie and Funimation already won. Why is Lemoine fighting a battle he's already the victor in? Surely Lemoine's just out to grind a white, heterosexual Christian man into dust and his clients aren't actually guilty of defamation.

Because he knows the fight isn't over and that MoRon wouldn't destroying Vic's live until he's dead and gone, having degraded themselves to the point it's become their lives mission to do so. We all know that if they lose they most likely would commit suicide themselves given how batshit crazy they are.

My observations.
They're attempting to silence those who are left supporting Vic and using the opportunity to find stuff worth milking the GFM for. Here's some late night thoughts. Apologies in advance for being spergy.
1. Nadolny went silent after attempting to get her story out, after what could be assumed to be Sabat and Rial inserting themselves into the situation and finding reasons to bury her.
2. Stan Dahlin was labeled a sexual predator out of nowhere after weeks of escalating tensions when he didn't immediately take Monica's side. They were not successful in silencing him. They've avoided addressing Erica to my knowledge. Another Kiwi could perhaps shed light on that. I'm not super in the know with Twitter but I've seen enough.
3. Chuck Huber is a grey area. He himself has made his fears public. They want to see communications he had in regards to the suit, which makes me wonder if it will later be used as blackmail if they got any of that.
4. Slatosch/Kamehacon gets thrown under the bus again. This time aggressively because anyone associated is now a liability. They feel that taking down Slatosch will silence anyone else who has any idea of what had happened. Especially regarding Dominique Skye or any other attempted gayops which could potentially include what went down with Vic's contract. All in all, they want to erase the con to erase evidence.
5. Todd Haberkorn has gone silent for the most part. I find it interesting that Jessie Pridemore has had no more exceptional updates but that might just be because nobody is keeping an eye on her. I'm not either so I can't blame those who don't.
6. Unlocked. Need I say any more? It's a platform that they want to get Vic off of.
7. Vic's mother keeps getting mentioned by KV and how she apparently "grooms minors" due to her involvement with the fan club. Yikes.
8. Fringe supporters of Vic are often cast out or at least put in bad situations. I would keep an eye on JYB in the coming weeks. Dude knows how to keep a low profile but I have a feeling we'll see something change. My gut tells me that it'll be Reuben Langdon that gets targeted and it'll put him in a bad position because "Oh Johnny now two of your friends are sex pests what are you gonna do???"
They want 100% compliance or they don't want you at all.

Kudos to that guy in thebreplies that quoted my blurb to not believe anything I say. Mayve someday they'll come to the realisation that we're not a blob, and we have individual thoughs... though that would require them to consider us human, which they can't even fathom.
Heck anOminous disagreed with my statement. He got more staying power than whatever little old me will ever have with his power level on display at all time, but they decides to quote me, and not his answer to me. Talk about cherry-picking. So allow me to get technical and explain my reasoning on the whole "technically Vic didn't lose the case" :
In my opinion, the TCPA (I hate it) is a pre-case trial with the judge as the failure point since he gets ultimate authority (until appeals are bought in and mandamus his ass). I advance that the trial at this point was not on the case, but on the merits of the case. So even with the slam-dunk evidence that Ty gave, it didn't matter. Now this forum kept saying that he must show clear and specific (cue lawtwitter parrot constantly repeating this like it meant something similar to absolutely bulletproof evidence that would win the trial ina heartbeat) prima faci evidence that there is merits to the case. Chupp decided to Chupp it up and demandes elevated evidence while putting other evidence in shrodinger's evidence locker (Will it be considered? Will it not? WILL IT BLEND?!) And decided that he was gonne Chupp it up either way, ordered some useless mediation to "try to mend things before the assured appeal" and then when mediation failed he just dropped all charges and declared the whole case frivolous on... no grounds. Seriously, he just goes and dismiss all claims with 0 explabation, except for diffamation where he dismiss it because he considers Vic a publig figure (while never explaining if it's a general or limited one), because the case itself was high-profile.
He attached the visibility of a meetoo fightback case on the defendant's figure status. I don't care about Vic, I don't care about his career and all the work he did. I care about justice and honesty, so the meetoo fightback was in my alley. And I also care about laughing at exceptional lolcow mosquitohead lemonfurher and his constant dumbassery. But in my opinion, none of that makes Vic a public figure. Heck, why assume that everyone in the courthouse was there for vic? There was that repirter that was there for rial and marchi, and she already poisoned the well with that article, so why wouldn't it be more reasonable to assumw that the courthouse was full of peolle interested in those two "womans"?
Yes Vic lost his case. But it wad never on the content of the case. It was on the perception of the case. And that's why it's going into appeals and I still don't believe that, technically, Vic *Lost* the case. Vic lost the TCPA for no real reason of his own (Chupp chupped), and the case never got touched on.
I still expect lemonhead to get most of his billable hours and sactiobs propositions striken down because all the discovery request/abuse he did shouldn't be billable for the TCPA. His side asked for deposition before filing the TCPA, it them that wanted to play that game. They shouldn't be allowed to play that game and then shio the bill to someone else.

I know that he knows that the fight isn't over; I'm not that dense. I was just trying to point out that no matter how you cut it, Lemoine is looking like a jackass by doing literally anything right now.
You can look at it two different ways:
1. Lemoine is a hypocritical moralfag that defends clients from being ground into dirt, by grinding people he's already beaten into dirt through flagrantly, artificially, and exponentially inflating attorney's fees by creating labour where labour is no longer needed.
2. Lemoine is fucking terrified because Vic has a case and is flailing and throwing a tantrum hoping that daddy Chupp can make the mean ol' Vic man go away.
Bonus third option because it's both. Ruin a man's life and try to take all of his and his fan's money? Lemoine represents his clients zealousy, remember that. Keep it up Monica and Ron.

It would be both I'd say. look at how he checks all the fucking boxes. Here is the problem with EVERY top lawyer MoRon have had, they are ubercucks that obey their will. They don't have a partnership like Vic and Ty do, but it's MoRon holding the reins of that loser that is allowing them to continue their twitter attacks on a legal platform. Just look at how they've tried to use Vic's own and now Chris Slatosch 's attempted deposition to defame and discredit them. Just look how well that worked out, every victory for them has been pyhrric and even if they do take a bite out of the war chest, they now that if Vic wins on appeals, then that bite may only go to Lemon Fürher but MoRon, and Jamie(if she is dragged back into the case) are gonna be beyond fucked.

As mentioned before, they ignore @EriMin and studiously pretend that @Svetlana doesn't exist aside from their brief little huff about her attending a deposition as hired by BHBH. (I understand being huffy about that. She got lucky and didn't have to listen to Lemoine gargle the microphone in person for 6+ hours) They do so because they cannot claim that two women are sexual predators, as it would break their narrative. They also can't write them off as not knowing what they're talking about, or being groomed minors. Those two ladies so utterly destroy everything kickvic has to discredit Vic's support with that the only answer is ignoring them.
Though it was mildly funny for a while to watch them desperately scramble to find a way to twist Erica's words into an agreement with Faisal, or a non-denial like they claimed Stan did until someone got desperate and called him a rapist to discredit him instead.
