Trump Derangement Syndrome - Orange man bad. Read the OP! (ᴛʜɪs ᴛʜʀᴇᴀᴅ ɪs ʟɪᴋᴇ ᴋɪᴡɪ ғᴀʀᴍs ʀᴇᴠɪᴇᴡs ɴᴏᴡ) 🗿🗿🗿🗿

Fuck, just look up the word, you idiot. Do you even know what either one means?

You know what, fuck it. The people in this thread go on sucking each others dicks and telling everyone they're totally fair if you come to the table with a valid argument, but I absolutely know you're all going to be sucking each other's dicks even further over this because you're going to do what this chucklefuck did and equate a misspelling to using entirely the wrong word to someone uninformed and reporting the reaction of someone you've essentially lied to. Of course if you fucking tell someone they said he was REVERED there's going to be a problem. That's nowhere near the neutral language they were even using! Were they dodging the issue? YES. Were they praising allah's great warrior? NO.
lol calm down

Also cows going DFE and shrieking hysterically when they get doxed is supposedly funny but doxing an animal is crossing the Rubicon. I swear this forum sometimes...

Rather than rating that dumb, I'll respond:

In what way does referring to him as austere rather than revered in any way detract from what I wrote, or in any way show anything but an anti-Trump/pro-ISIS bias from WaPo?

You just thought to respond with essentially: "It's HAMBURGERS! not HAMBERDERS!"

A very rigorous defense, I must say.
I thought that was the joke.

Have we stared so long at the autism it is now staring back at us?

It's no secret Western youths; mostly Americans, are seeing socialism (also anarchism and communism) in a better light than their parents and grandparents did when they were their age. There are multiple reasons but the main reason lumping them all together is that they're a bizarre collection of people who feel disenfranchised and increasingly see capitalism, white people, Christianity, and what not as responsible for the ills in society. Why do you think Trump is such a hated figure with the left?

(this is from a few pages back but I skipped the autism derail)

Certain socialist programs can work in combination with a more-or-less capitalist system so long as there are checks and balances (Canada and Western Europe aren't flawless but aren't doing too bad overall). The word "socialism" just scares the bejeezus out of anyone Gen-X or older (and some well-read millennials) because it instantly reminds everyone of the constant news cycle of second and third world countries with "National Liberation Fronts" springing up every other week and blowing shit up in the name of socialism, egalitarianism, Marxism, what have you.

What really gets on my fucking tits is the pro-Communism people - Like have any of these niggers ever had friends, relatives, parents/grandparents, etc from former Soviet bloc countries or one of the unstable "People's Republic of whatever" hellholes that were popular for a while? They could tell you some fucking stories. Or even just read a real (read: history, not the philosophy of how it could work) goddamned book on the subject? A fucking Wikipedia page or two, even?

This is probably optimistic but if these pseudo-Commies (most seem young and naive) were strapped down and forced to read some Solzhenitsyn or something about how the whole Democratic Kampuchea thing worked out, they might actually stop to think "holy fuck, maybe bad orange man who shoots his mouth off on Twitter isn't actually the literal worst possibility when it comes to government"

Also, semper fucking fi to the anti-terrorist dog, just felt it needed to be said again.

Also cows going DFE and shrieking hysterically when they get doxed is supposedly funny but doxing an animal is crossing the Rubicon. I swear this forum sometimes...
Well, I mean, the dog is useful to society. We don't usually dox the Average Joe for that reason because they'd be boring like that, plus it wouldn't ordinarily amount to anything or get a response from the dog. Unless the dog somehow had a blog.

Anyways, I just find the article absolutely dumb because for their obituary they changed the title they used for Baghdadi three times: from "Terrorist-in-Chief" to "Austere Religious Scholar" to "Extremist Leader". They also took out the line questioning how much of a coward he was in the article because they feared - rightfully so given the climate - that the author was making it sound like he was courageous and not that they were wrong to attempt to elevate him. Baghdadi took himself and his kids into a tunnel then blew him and them up. He didn't face the raid head on like Allah would expect of him and he didn't buy his kids time to flee using the tunnels. He just straight gave up and took his kids with him which I would imagine is a bitch move for a warrior of Allah. So no, I don't think him committing suicide in such a manner just to evade capture contradicts the narrative that he was a coward.

Even if he didn't die screaming and begging for his life like Trump said... you don't try to elevate a man like Baghdadi just to own Trump. You simply state, "I don't think he did the things you say he did because of X, Y, and Z" you don't try to elevate him from a position of being a coward -- especially knowing the choice he made in death. Doing so is just you being mad on the internet™ about Trump, otherwise known as Trump Derangement Syndrome.

I'm pretty sure that Al Baghdadi didn't have a taste where the acidic tannins overwhelmed the fruit notes, so I believe "austere" was also improperly used by the Wapo and....Huh...what's that? Wait, do you mean words can have multiple meanings depending on how they are used, so they likely weren't using in the context of wine tasting?

You mean that austere, which in other contexts means "stern, sparse, shunning luxuries or pleasure" can be a positive word, especially when referring to religious figures, especially pious ones? Huh well why I never.

I have a great actual example of Trump Derangement Syndrome. I listen to a podcast called 'On Belief' on and off. Their latest episode featured a deranged Yehudi named Steve Hassan.

Hassan is an extremely suggestible man from Queens who stupidly fell for the Moon 'Unification Church' Cult and their practices of using thots to draw emotionally vacant men into their so-called church, which is only marginally more legitimate than Falun Gong. After being kidnapped and mentally abused by some of his own people for a few days until he gave up his new strongly-held beliefs, he has made a career from talking up the intense special power that cults have, as if these aren't exactly the same techniques used by his people's media and political elements.

Basically his 'qualification' for talking about cults is that he was a happy member of one that gets social disapproval, until he was kidnapped and driven back into one that is approved of by the powers that be.

Simon and Schuster has published a new book by him, that while broadly in line with the media zeitgeist is so retarded it is only getting reviews in a few oligarchal publications like the WaPo, and some of them are even critical.

An actual quote from the S&S blurb:
In The Cult of Trump, mind-control and licensed mental health expert Steven Hassan draws parallels between our current president and people like Jim Jones, David Koresh, Ron Hubbard and Sun Myung Moon, arguing that this presidency is in many ways like a destructive cult.

He speculates in the podcast that Trump learned how to use effective communication techniques, which he refers to by the jargon term 'neurolinguistic programming' or 'NLP', from pickup artist videos on Youtube. This is.. an interesting concept.

EDIT: AMAZING. Listened further on and he alleges that Mike Pence is part of a 'Dominionist' conspiracy. This is a concept whereby actual Christian believers seek to restore the Christian principles to the nations that constitute the USA. His evidence for this? Mike Pence is a) a politician b) professes to be a Christian c) Dominionists argue that subversion of broken societies makes sense. Meanwhile, to any reasonable person, the fact that Pence is an elected GOP politician proves he has no interest in promoting Christian values. If he had any principles he wouldn't have reached higher office.

EDIT2: Oh boy, this piece of work really brings it together at the end. First, he defends 'deprogramming' kidnappings. He's very specific though. a) they have to be endorsed by a judge, who agrees that the views of the person being kidnapped are at odds with the powers that be b) the 'deprogrammers' cannot directly inflict physical pain- they must rely on emotional manipulation, or physical pain applied by the agents of the state. And there has to be 'scientific evidence' for why this should occur, to give judges an excuse. He explicitly states that he pursued higher learning specifically to make up 'evidence' to support a return of deprogramming.

This guy honestly wants to kidnap people who still wear Trump hats and beat them on the feet with twigs while making them watch NPR 24 hours a day for a week without sleeping. This is hilarious, this is so much funnier than even the Red Flag laws that will only be used against Trump supporters that Trump has put off until his reelection.

So a person that leads the commands the military to kill terrorists under his order as well as with his military adviser's help for the well-being of the people is literally a terrorist himself?

Edit: Yikes. This is the guy that hoped people were dead when Trump Tower caught on fire. The level of TDS within him exudes high pressure, especially since he's apparently supposed to be a MENTAL HEALTH COUNSELOR.

Nigga needs a reality check, there were rap artists dropping lines how much of a pick up artist Trump was before the fags on Youtube came about.

Isn’t it cultish behavior to kidnap someone and essentially brainwash them into accepting your ideology? Also, this dude helped develop the BITE model, which is used to define a cult. The problem with the model though is that it is so vague and so broad that literally anything is a cult by his definition.
Here is the BITE model

Okay, I get the whole "One screen, two movies" concept but this motherfucker is in the alley behind the theater, screaming conspiracy theories at the raccoons he found in the dumpster.
I'm sorry, but I had to rate this post autistic. Not because of your wonderful coverage @It's HK-47, but because that picture is the most autistic take on this election cycle I've seen

And these people have actual power over shit. If that doesn't make you nervous, you're missing your amygdala. All of it.
This is shizophrenia, pure and simple.

Those rumors about Curtis's hermaphroditism look likelier every year.

More a sign of her trying to not end up unemployed, as Curtis spent a good chunk of the 00 and early 10s out of work and not getting any major roles.

Remember Debra Messing's recent bullshit where she openly bragged about being involved in blackballing conservatives from ever working again in Hollywood? Would not be shocked if Curtis is virtue signalling because she doesn't want to end up on Messing's blacklist, especially given that her current claim to fame is starring in a show where the main characters were female MAGA-heads (Scream Queen).

They can't even do that anymore. Had they left Trump alone and not tried to stage a fucking coup, Trump MIGHT have gotten bored and cut his losses after a couple of setbacks. But they declared total war and let him know they'll arrest him the second he leaves office. So they cut off any and all chance of a peaceful deescalation based upon the idea of Trump getting bored and wandering off
