He has done money matches in the past, and also spends money on microtransactions for p2w mobile games. For him to say he didn't gamble seems like a lie if you look at how current Phil lies about most shit.
It would be hilarious if Phil was a gambling addict. Wait... up until 1 or 2 am every day? (Closing time for bars) Hungover as fuck? (Bar) Needs tips cuz he gets those right away? (Money to feed the video poker machine) Always overdrawn? (Just $100 more and this one will pay out I know it) Shitty money management strategy? (Phil)

little bit of lore but he has shown lottery tickets on his instagram. But dsp is so manipulative this could just be for pity bucks. If he actually won lotto he would spend it based on him basically getting into crippling debt twice from overspending.

Phil has said on Ask the King that he used to have a gambling problem. Just like he used to have an alcohol problem. It just went away.
He has also said (about the lottery) if you play enough you will eventually win. He genuinely believes if he buys a lotto ticket every week he will hit the jackpot one day.

Don't forget that he doesn't even bother to look for sales on all his shit he buys and in fact looks down on cheaper products due to his entitled nature.
He wants to pull equity out of his Washington property to cover the difference.
I wonder if he couldn't even cover 3% down, because the bank would have at least offer that. I was think that this whole time that he had a 15 year loan due to him beating his chest and saying that he has a ten year plan back in April. This dood is dumb and he was making good money and had a job at the time. What was he spending money on back in 2009-10?

Jesus Christ, he is really getting this spoiled at 37? Money for taxes, money for marriage, money for Halloween decorations, money for Thanksgiving dinner
When is he gonna take some responsibility? What's he going to do once his parents kick the bucket?
I'm not against the idea of parents sending shit every once in a while to their son who's in their late 30's and supports himself well enough, they're still a family after all, even if they might not live in the same place any longer, but the least you can do is help them back as well or something. I never heard Phil talking about helping his parents in any way
Financial support to his parents is out of the question, he's too greedy to give money to them. They live cross state and apparently he can only make time for himself to visit them once every few years and that's usually just for himself (like getting married this year)
That weekly call where he just bitches about not having money and mean people on the internet amounts to nothing
So again, what the fuck does Phil do for his parents (who are supposedly dying)? All he seems to do is shamelessly keep leeching off them despite living cross state (if it were up to Phil he'd say he's not leeching off his parents because they're the ones sending shit to him without him asking, so in theory it's not "leeching", even though he can literally just turn down their gifts)
Personally I can't wait for the dying parents saga, just for the sake of seeing how Phil will handle it. There are plenty of theories I can come up with regarding how Phil will handle it but I don't really feel like listing them all. This saga won't happen for a good few years anyways
Real talk though, assuming Phil's mom DID buy the couple gift items, how much fucking money are his parents actually going to have given him by the end of this year?
$150 to $500 for J2K's 2019 pet insurance
$4K that he was short on Federal Taxes (April)
$500+ for 2 round-trip plane tickets from Seattle to NYC (April)
$150 to $250 for a rental car for a week
$350 to $1000 for hotel rooms for a week (April)
$50+ for an LED Skull Halloween decoration (October)
$250 to $350 for Kathy's Bday present: an elliptical/exercise bike, that got returned/refunded and Kathy is just 'holding on to' the money now (September)
Like $100 for mail order TurkeyDay dinner (November)
And then there's the $1K Phil says his parents send him every December to buy himself X-mas gifts with
That's like $6,550 to $7,750, or more if there ends up being more random shit. . .or something else I forgot.
