Awesome! Something good has already come from Vic being invited and the news has barely come out. It doesn't even look like he's accepted the invitation yet. Hopefully any other terrible people will clear out of that con as well and the staff + attendees can be collectively happier once he arrives.

OK, so Lemwah has gone full special. I am bogged down by my pet, and not allowed to move lest i get a paw to my face....
He has filed a notice of intent to SERVE a subpeona on Ty Beard. This was dated the 24 October, same date as the notice of appeal came from BHBH. Probably bitter. so he been planning this for as long as he been planning to depose slatosch most likely.

It was signed the 22nd by lemwah, so West Nile been plannin'!

Probably trying to smokescreen everything with paperwork. I wish I could see Chupp's face when he sees these filings tick in, one after the other. Most likely he isn't looking.
He is calling Ty Beard a NONPARTY to all of this. He is still after that sweet client-privilege information.

In another document called: Notice of submission hearing he has moved the date from the one he had later in november, back to the 7th of november, cause reasons.

This time it looks like he wants it in an ACTUAL court, BEFORE a judge....but, just the document stuff though. Not actually Slatosch. Good way to pick and choose what to present to the judge! on point there lemonman. The second page of this document is empty.

In a third document which is named: Motion to dismiss appeal for lack of subject matter jurisdiction and as premature. ( I feel this sentence need a comma, but that's just me)

I don't speak law-lingo, so not sure what this means. BHBH did not file an actual appeal or motion, the filed a notice of appeal cause they know Lemwah is a malignant tumor that somehow came to life.

I think it's 50 % because of a stupid judge and 50 % because of Ty dropping the ball pretty hard more than once. His TCPA filing was a mess and the notarization issue was plain dumb and avoidable. His behavior during the hearing seemed to have been less than impressive. Also still think Ty let opposing counsel act like shitheads without ever really paying them back in kind.

I mean, I never really get the rules for TCPA, saw people from both sides say he was ill prepared and that, for example, he needed contracts and affidavits from conventions, but I also saw people saying all of chupp's demands were way too much.

Either way. I don't know about Ty anymore. At least Vic apparently hired a lawyer specialising in appeals, but I haven't heard much from him. Seems Ty is still the one at the forefront here.

The little bit of research I did into records at the appeals court, it seems like the TCPA hearing is Chupp's modus operandi. He ordered a side to pay into the court registry, refused to hear arguments on why what he was asking was in fact impossible and then told them to go get a writ from the appeals court.

In conjunction with the writs of Mundamus and it sounds like Chupp was more of a problem. But I am biased.
