When he began harassing Erika, plenty of us advocated for her to get a restraining order. The argument was the money pit of litigating Tswift combined with the dwindling funds for hooker trips was going to be the impetus for finding a local girl. No one is surprised about it, just maybe that he wasn't doing it sooner.

After a bit of Google research, I'm guessing Russhole has filed a discrimination complaint against Skye with the Utah Labor Commission. Resolution of said complaints involves a voluntary stage where the two parties engage with a mediator to try to work out the dispute without the need for a formal investigation.

I'm guessing this is all Russhole's gambit to try to force "the girl" who refused to hire him AND suck him his penis into the same room with him again. We know he's used court proceedings to try to force women to pay attention to him before. He's miscalculating on two big points however: one, neither party has to hire the mediator (one is provided by the Labor Commission), and two, the mediation step is entirely voluntary and his latest harassment victim can refuse to engage with him and let it go straight to the official investigation stage (and subsequently get dismissed as the complaint is transparently without merit).

Interesting that the one single lawyer that Russhole is going through all these extra steps to defame (rather than just firing off a one star review and moving on) happens to be an attractive woman with a big toothy smile, isn't it? His deep-seated misogyny shines through every action he takes and every word he drools out.

That would free up his sharp legal mind to focus on important matters like gay cakes. He might even strike it lucky and his man will Troon out. I'm going to love it when he tries explain to an actual lawyer that she's wrong about the law. And like someone pointed out, the mediation process is voluntary and she can decline it and go straight to the investigation. She shouldn't mediate, because there's nothing to discuss. He's not qualified. She declined to hire him. That's that. It needs to be dismissed quickly.

The real negativity here comes from when people push themselves into the situation and start bragging here for asspats about what they're doing (or cause the cow to run off and hide, e.g. Bulla).

So sending someone a word of warning about someone they may not understand is a different story.

But it seems kinda shitty to me to post her DM responses here unless she agreed to it. Russ can see those statements- does she want him to? I doubt it.
