I knew of him back when I was still watching TGWTG, but even back then I thought his content sucked. Back then there was a banner that would advertise new videos from contributors complete with a little sentence summarizing the video, but his were just plain awful. I distinctly remember he made a Marmaduke review, and the little sentence said, "More like Marmapoop!"

It says a lot that E-Rod's content barely appealed to someone like me who was watching a good chunk of TGWTG at the time. If anything, his outbursts post CTC are the most relevant he's ever been (that is to say barely, but at least he's on a radar now).

I remember when he did the review for "The Host" and ya know it takes a special kinda of talent to make a crappy movie sound WAY more entertaining than your review.

By the end of CA it was probably closer to hundreds than dozens. ERod thinking Doug personally watched all of their videos while also making his own is just another example of what a retard he is.

I see Allison is back to blaming Doug exclusively for things other CA contributors, including her buddies, were involved in per JewWario.

That's all they have to gripe about anymore. Wah wah Doug didn't personally watch every single one of our crappy webcam reviews! What's next, Doug didn't wish me a happy birthday that one time and now I have PTSD over it? All it does it make their "movement" look even more ridiculous. Something I didn't think was possible. Also Erod is a huge fucking Allison ass kisser. He @ her all the time like a fucking remora on a whale. He has no life or sustenance of his own, he just latches on to the other low hanging CA producers.

The funny thing is that this was well known among CA contributors, and doesn't even solely apply to Doug. It was openly acknowledged that contributors on the site didn't necessarily watch everything else on the site. It was often do to two separate things:
  1. Lack of interest.
  2. The simple fact that there was far too many contributors on the site. You weren't able to watch everything on the site due to the sheer amount of content that was available. Especially when you too had to work on content.
I remember Lindsay and Kyle discussed it in their commentary track for their Freddy Got Fingered review. I think TheAmazingAtheist has mentioned it too when discussing his time with CA. Spoony brought it up during the commentary for To Boldly Flee, even going so far as to say that he would go to these CA gatherings and not know who a lot of these people were.

At this point CTC is just grasping at straws in order to try and make Doug look bad.

I'm willing to bet everyone who was on CA thought they were going to go somewhere big one day (Hollywood). After all, they were getting paid in "exposure." Doug quit and threw everyone under the bus when he thought he was ready to move on to something bigger. Instead of being a temporary place of humble beginnings, CA ended up being a cesspool of mediocrity, with everyone clinging on to just barely avoid having a regular job.
Ironically it's ended up being the only thing of value some of these people, like Allison, have now. She'll probably spend the rest of her life talking about Doug and CA.

E-Rod, for all of his other shortcomings, is hispanic. They tend to get on that shit PDQ, and they also tend to have larger families that helps them avoid the utterly failed socialization of their much more shut-in peers. He did better than Linkara, at any rate.

Junji-ito face or not, Erod did better than Phelous, Linkara and that Kyle (bhh guy) together.
Besides, she sounds supportive of his dumbass hobbies and is probably the breadwinner of the two

She overshares, she should take a lesson from Lindsay Ellis, and concentrate on producing content that her audience actually wants to watch, rather than whinging about how unfairly she was treated by an employer she separated from nearly 3 years ago. If the only watchable content she ever produced was during her time with TGWTG then she needs to have a look at herself.

The sad thing is it seems like they actually expected him to do so. When Linkara made his movie, Marzgurl pointed out as a positive he actually watched their videos and multiple times he can't do side projects because of how much time it takes watching everyone's videos. Of course Linkara saw it like reading every Marvel comic that came out that week so you didn't miss anything going on in the "reviewer-verse" or whatever they called it.

I could be wrong, but I believe when Spoony did a commentary for the Alone in the Dark movie, he did say how Doug would watch videos of people he'd making a crossover review with.
