Victor Mignogna v. Funimation Productions, LLC, et al. (2019) - Vic's lawsuit against Funimation, VAs, and others, for over a million dollars.

Is the "harassment" she suffered Vic's fault, or is it because of her acting like a complete cunt 24/7 on social media, insulting the fans, and calling them a bunch of incels and Nazis? They have every right to say they won't attend cons that book this absolute cunt.

This fucking whore is literally saying Vic should have to pay the costs for people reacting to her own shitty tweets.

That's not even getting to her publicly gloating about deliberately mistranslating foreign media to insert her own shitty politics into it.
The Kiwis who just want to watch the world burn are getting their wish it seems.

Marchi has now admitted KickVic has damaged her and I bet Rial's in the same boat.

This shit's going scorched earth.

I looked him up on twitter.
He's a giant anti-SJW sperg, and he's a dutch.

That was also the guy that sent the twitter "death threats" to Chump. The ones where he said the justice system failed us and we need to get our rifles or some shit. Funny thing is, I think he admitted to being neither ISWV nor KV and that he thought both sides were "r.etarded". Will try to find screenshots. He's a troll and on nobody's side.

Add up all these claims and these people are claiming it costs something well over half a million dollars to file a motion to dismiss a patently frivolous case that was obviously completely without merit on its face.
Would love chupp to nut up and say the only reasonable cost would have been what a TCPA filing would be since the case was frivolous from the start and it was their decision to go on a goose chase. How much entertainment would that start?

I honestly don't mind the dubbing industry getting burnt to the ground and salted after. Problem is the salt I was hoping for was Vic winning... seemed the purest to turn the land into a desert.

I'm just not understanding how the screenshot is relevant in any way. What Ty Beard does in his personal time doesn't seem like the business of the court if it's not illegal or against the wishes of his client.
I would have stopped at illegal.

What a lawyer does on his personal time has nothing to do with his client, you don’t suddenly command all of your lawyer’s time when you retain them.

If a client has a personal problem with the lawyer’s personal time, they change lawyers. But it really has no business being part of a legal argument.

You have to literally murder troons to be a Kiwi Farms member, that's like rule number one here.

Proof Vic's West Nile song was always about J. Sean.
I always knew Vic raped women in their dreams through astral projection but I never expect him to astral project inside a mosquito and give a dude West Nile. He needs to be stopped!

I forgot what Crunchyrolls part in this was when it came to Team MoRonica?
One of their affiants works/worked for crunchy roll. Jamie Mcgonnical? The one who admitted to workplace harassment at funimation when locks were installed, the clique called them Vic locks.

People can get you fired, your future work cancelled by calling you a sex predator/rapist/paedo with no evidence and then charge you half a million for defending yourself.

I hope the fuckers get creamed in appeals.

It's almost as if.....maybe apologizing and settling would.....you know.....

do absolutely nothing cause they're lying whores and will never be trusted by the public again. Even if they went full Repent, they're Publicly destroyed. Vic would probably forgive them, fuck even I would be willing to forgive them, but the Public will NEVER forgive them. They haven't had their "Road to Damascus" moment and I doubt they will. Their lack of veracity has brought them here and they had to tell the truth for the first time in this period of litigation. It's that People hate you. Congrats. Public hatred is oft forgotten ne'er is it persistent, but a name sullied is ruined forever.

So, does Ty have to file now an opposition to most of those fees for irrelevance (since it appears they're billing everything, even stuff that's unrelated to the TCPA like the mediation and the depositions), or does he jave to hope Chupp ain't braindead and actually have someone go comb through all those claims and remove the superfluous ones?

And I really wish Lemoine gets dunked on for that "the entire GFM bank" bill.

There’s a reason dear leader thought those shirts were a bad idea.
Only bad for Ty’s image, any sane person wouldn’t give it credence as being relevant to the case.

Honestly I don’t even think it makes Ty look that bad, I think all the talk of being a war game lover/strategist and quoting Sun Tzu is what makes Ty look obnoxiously smug at times.

This shirt just comes across as an inside joke between old friends (Ty and Nick) with the premise being Nick as a completely separate party somehow winning or losing the case any time he weighs in.

You know lawyers, though.
They'll try to take any tactic to discredit the opposition.
Just depends on how much of a tard the judge/jury are.

You can't prepare hard enough for the mental retardedness of the honorable judge chupp in a tcpa hearing that turned into a clown Fiesta of summary judgment and impatience.

So the filing is exceptional on the part of Sam Johnson. Not sure how many people are left to not have exceptional moments in this case.
Exceptional displays by:
  • Monica Rial: Overall exceptional, especially on Twitter
  • Ron Toye: Overall exceptional, especially on Twitter, and in deposition
  • Jamie Marchi: Overall exceptional, especially on Twitter, and in deposition
  • Nick Rekieta: Exceptionally smug, "Damnit Nick we lost the case again"
  • Ty Bead: Exceptionally smug, "Damnit Nick we lost the case again" and in filing the massive document last minute that clearly needed some polish
  • Andrea Perez: Bringing in Lemonie [source]
  • J. Sean Lemonie: TCPA blogger, exceptional filings, mosquito lover
  • Sam Johnson: Exceptionally filing for sanctions and fees
People who avoided staring into the abyss:
  • Vic Mignogna: Just wants to get paid doing what he loves. Does wear exceptional pants.
  • John Volney: Funimation's lawyer
  • Casey Erick: Another lawyer for team MoRon*
*Want to say Casey had some other exceptional moments but cannot think of an instance.

This is just the list of those directly involved with the case (counting Nick because of running the GFM). There are plenty of others who injected themselves into this like the shoe connoisseur, threadnought people, and the Dallas Morning News writer. All who have shown their exceptional nature. This case is either infecting people with exceptionalism or bringing their unseen exceptionalism to light.

13. Plaintiff, for his part, has remained silent, even in the face of such personal attacks on Defendants and the judiciary. And as is well documented, to this Plaintiff, silence is consent.19

This part of Lemonfuhrer's filing is being passed around like some kind of slam dunk by KickVic types.

It's kind of sad.

He's not so much dumb as he is lazy.
Plus a spiritual boomer if not an actual one.
